عوامل تاثيرگذار بر ارزيابي فعاليت هاي فرهنگي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي بر مبناي اسناد بالادستي

هدف اين پژوهش تعيين عوامل تاثيرگذار بر ارزيابي فعاليت‌هاي فرهنگي در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي كشور بر مبناي اسناد بالا دستي است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف ، يك بررسي كاربردي و از نظر زماني يك بررسي مقطعي است. جامعه آماري، كلية متخصصان حوزه فرهنگي شاغل در دانشگاه‌ها، مراكز آموزش عالي، حوزه‌هاي علميه و برخي معلمان با تجربه تا حد اشباع نظري بود. داده‌ها از طريق مصاحبه‌ عميق و نيمه‌ساختار يافته با18 نفر خبره كه با روش نمونه‌گيري نظري انتخاب شده بودند، گردآوري شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماري MaxQDA استفاده شد. از روش تئوري داده‌بنياد با رهيافت نظام مند نيز براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استفاده گرديد. با توجه به تعاريف عملكرد فرهنگي دانشگاه ، دو مقوله ذاتي شامل عملكرد فرهنگي-رفتاري دانشگاه و عملكرد فرهنگي-كاركردي دانشگاه است. هر كدام از مقوله‌ها، در زير مقوله يكي از مقوله هاي ذاتي دسته بندي شدند. بررسي مطالعات انجام شده حاكي از تاييد نتايج بود . در نهايت ، عملكرد بالاي فرهنگي دانشگاه با همراهي بسترسازهاي سازماني و بسترسازهاي فراسازماني، بستري براي دستيابي به اهداف را ايجاد مي كند و از طريق راهبردهاي سازماني و راهبردهاي فراسازماني ، به اهداف عالي خود نائل مي شود.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the evaluation of cultural activities in the Islamic Azad University of Iran based on upstream documents. This research is an applied study in terms of purpose and a cross-sectional study in terms of time. The statistical population was all cultural experts working in universities, higher education centers, seminaries and some experienced teachers to the point of theoretical saturation. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 18 experts selected by theoretical sampling method. MaxQDA statistical software was used to analyze the data. Data-based theory theory with a systematic approach was also used to analyze the data. According to the definitions of cultural performance of the university, there are two intrinsic categories including cultural-behavioral performance of the university and cultural-functional performance of the university. Each of the categories was categorized under the category of one of the intrinsic categories. The review of the studies confirmed the results. Finally, the high cultural performance of the university, along with organizational and extra-organizational contexts, creates a platform for achieving goals and achieves its great goals through organizational and extra-organizational strategies.
