پيش بيني كننده هاي مصرف ترياك در نوجوانان: عوامل فردي، خانوادگي و اجتماعي

Predictors of opium in adolescents: individual, family and social factors

با توجه به مضرات مصرف ترياك در بين نوجوانان و لزوم شناخت مولفه‌ها و ابعاد اين رفتار جهت طراحي مداخلات متناسب و اثربخش، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين پيش‌بيني‌كننده‌هاي مصرف ترياك (فردي، خانوادگي و اجتماعي) در نوجوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه دانش آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه شهر اصفهان در سال 1397 بودند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي 201 نفر انتخاب و توسط نيمرخ مصرف مواد و پرسشنامه بررسي وضعيت مصرف مواد، مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. ابزارهاي پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد نيمرخ مصرف مواد (محمدخاني، 1386) و پرسشنامه بررسي وضعيت مصرف مواد (محمدخاني، 1385) بودند. نتايج تحليل داده ها با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون گام به گام انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين مصرف ترياك در طول عمر و مولفه‌‌هاي نگرش به مصرف مواد، نااميدي، هيجان‌خواهي، تكانشگري، تعارضات خانوادگي، نگرش والدين به مواد، نظارت خانواده، بي‌نظمي محيط اجتماعي، احساس تعهد به مدرسه، فضاي رواني- اجتماعي مدرسه نيمرخ خطر مصرف رابطه معني-داري وجود دارد (05/0P<). نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه نگرش به مصرف مواد مولفه مصرف ترياك در طول عمر را با تبيين 47/0 از واريانس، مورد پيش‌بيني قرار مي‌دهد. همچنين نااميدي و نگرش به مصرف مواد مولفه كشيدن ترياك در 12 ماه گذشته را با تببين 17/0 و در يك ماه گذشته را با تببين 17/0 از واريانس مورد پيش‌بيني قرار داده‌اند. با توجه به نتايج اين پژوهش مي‌توان گفت مصرف ترياك در نوجوانان يك پديده چندعاملي و چندسطحي بوده و عوامل تعيين‌كننده گر-ايش به آن ‌در سطوح متعدد فردي، اجتماعي و خانوادگي قرار دارد كه بايد در مداخلات پيشگيري، كنترل و ترك ترياك مدنظر قرار گيرد.

The statistical population of the study was all male high school students in Isfahan in 1397, who were selected using the cluster random sampling method of 201 people and were evaluated by the drug consumption profile and the drug status status questionnaire. The research instruments included the standard questionnaire of drug consumption profile (Mohammadkhani, 2007) and the questionnaire on the status of drug use (Mohammadkhani, 2006). Data analysis results were performed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression.
