Re-reading of concept of right and wrong by scrutnizing the authority of convention

صدق و كذب از مفاهيم عرفي است كه در ميان اهل لغت و فقها در مورد معيار صحيح آن بحث هاي فراواني شده و در برخي موارد اختلاف نظر به چشم مي خورد؛ از اين رو در بسياري از مسايل پيراموني و مصاديق مشكوك، اين نقاط اختلاف تسري پيدا كرده و آثار خود را در مفهوم شناسي و حكم شناسي عناوين مربوط به صدق و كذب نمايان مي سازد. در اين نوشته به بررسي اين معيار با تكيه بر ابزار كشف مفهوم از طريق عرف استفاده مي شود و در پايان از بين آراء ارائه شده با تكيه بر نظر جاحظ و با انضمام يك متتم كه همان تبيين صور واسطه اي بين صدق و كذب است، رأي مختار تبيين مي گردد. هدف غايي بحث انتخاب مبناي صحيح در معيار صدق و كذب است تا جوينده را در تعيين تكليف مصاديق مشكوك از جمله توريه، تعارف، مزاح، قصه گويي، خلف وعده و ديگر موارد به مقصود برساند.دستاورد اين نوشته را مي توان، ارائه يك چارچوب مدون براي مفهوم شناسي دقيق در حيطه جملات خبري دانست كه گاهي مكلف و حتي مجتهد را به ورطه چالش مي كشاند. با تبيين شش صورت متصور در جملات خبري اين چهارچوب روشن مي شود.

Right and wrong are of convetional concepts, the criteria of which have been subject to many discusions on the side of faqihs and lexicologists and there have been some controversies in some cases. As a result, in many issues surrounding the concept and uncertain cases, this discrepancy in views has overflowed into the semantics and the recognition of religious canon. This study investigates this criterion relying on the discovery of meaning on the basis of convention and finally, of the views on the issue and based on Al-Jahiz’s view and adding complement, the authoritative view is codifies. The final purpose of this study is to find a right criterion to say right from wrong and in doing so help the researchers with telling right from wrong in doubtful cases like, equivocaton, standing on ceremony, joking, anecdoting, break of promise, etc.The consequence of this writing can be to provide a codified framework for precise conceptualization in the field of news sentences, which sometimes challenges imitator and even the priest. By explaining the six faces of the news sentences, this framework becomes clear.
