الگوي تحليل مسير روابط بين نوعدوستي، نگرش ها و باورها با رفتار اجتماعي مطلوب در بين دانشجويان دختر

Path analysis model of the relationship between altruism, attitudes and beliefs with prosocial behavior among female students

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه بين نوعدوستي، نگرش ها و باورها با رفتار اجتماعي مطلوب مبتني بر تحليل مسير در بين دانشجويان دختر شهر اصفهان بود. اين پژوهش همبستگي و جامعه آماري آن شامل كليه دانشجويان دختر دانشگاه هاي آزاد اصفهان(خوراسگان)، اصفهان و علوم پزشكي اصفهان در زمستان 1394 بود. با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي مبتني بر سهم، 378 دانشجوي دختر انتخاب شدند. آزمودني ها به ابزارهاي پژوهش، شامل رفتار اجتماعي مطلوب جهاني راشتون و همكاران(1981)، باورهاي عادلانه نسبت به جهان، خود و ديگران كه شامل 3 زير مقياس باورهاي عادلانه عمومي دالبرت و همكاران(1987)، باورهاي دنياي عادلانه جهاني لايپكوس(1991) و باورهاي دنياي ناعادلانه دالبرت و همكاران(2001) و پرسشنامه گرايشهاي اجتماعي مطلوب تجديد نظر شده كارلو و همكاران(2003) پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل مسير مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها نشان داد كه بين نوعدوستي، نگرش كمك نسبت به ديگران، نگرش كمك نسبت به امور خيريه، باورهاي عادلانه عمومي، باورهاي عادلانه جهاني و باورهاي ناعادلانه با رفتارهاي اجتماعي مطلوب رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. بعلاوه نتايج تحليل مسير مبتني بر مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري نيز از اثر مستقيم نوع دوستي بر نگرش ها، باورهاي عادلانه جهاني و رفتارهاي اجتماعي مطلوب و اثر غير مستقيم نوعدوستي بر باورهاي عادلانه عمومي، ناعادلانه جهاني و رفتارهاي اجتماعي مطلوب حمايت كرد.

The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between altruism, attitudes and beliefs with prosocial behaviors based on path analysis among female students of Isfahan city. The method was correlation, and population was included of the whole female students of Islamic Azad University Isfahan (Khorasgan), Isfahan university, and university of medical sciences in winter 2015. For this purpose, among them 378 students were selected by stratified random sampling based on the distribution of population in each university according to their field of study. Subjects answered to research instruments including global prosocial behavior scale (altruistic self-report scale) by Rachton et al(1981), the questionnaire of just beliefs about one’s own world and others Which contains three subscales, General just World beliefs by Dalbert et al(1987) , Global just World beliefs by Lipkus(1991) and Belief in an unjust world by Dalbert et al(2001), and questionnaire of prosocial attitudes scale questionnaire, the revised version of Carlo et al(2003).The data were analyzed by Pearson coefficient correlation and path analysis. The findings showed that there is significant relationship between altruism, helping attitude towards others, attitudes toward charitable assistance, General just beliefs, just and unjust World beliefs prosocial behavior. The results of the analysis results based on structural equation modeling showed that altruism. In addition, the results of path analysis based on SEM supported from the direct effect of Altruistic on attitudes, just world beliefs and prosocial behavior, and Indirect effect of altruism on unjust and general just world beliefs and prosocial behaviors.
