Appropriate Structural Model for Predicting Marital Satisfaction Based on the Attachment Styles and Happiness by Mediating Family Functioning

مقدمه: رضايت زناشويي از مهم‌ترين شاخص‌هاي كيفيت زندگي مي‌باشد كه توجه ويژه به عوامل مؤثر بر آن، ضروري است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، طراحي مدل ساختاري مناسب براي پيش‌بيني رضايت زناشويي زوجين بر اساس سبك‌هاي دلبستگي و شادكامي با ميانجي‌گيري عملكرد خانوادگي بود. روش‌ها: اين مطالعه، يك تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي- مقطعي بود. جامعه‌ي آماري اين پژوهش شامل تمامي زوجين مراجعه كننده به مراكز مشاوره و راهنمايي انجمن اوليا و مربيان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران در سال‌هاي 95-1394 بود. حجم نمونه شامل 200 زوج بود كه به روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي انتخاب شده بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات عبارت از پرسش‌نامه‌ي سنجش عملكرد خانواده بر مبناي الگوي McMaster، پرسش‌نامه‌ي رضايت زناشويي Evaluation and nurturing relationship issues, communication and happiness (ENRICH)، مقياس دلبستگي بزرگسال و پرسش‌نامه‌ي شادكامي Oxford بودند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، از آزمون همبستگي Pearson، Regression چند متغيري و طراحي مدل معادلات ساختاري با به كارگيري نرم‌افزار Lisrel استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: عملكرد خانواده نقش ميانجي‌گري معني‌داري در ارتباط بين شادكامي با رضايت زناشويي دارد (010/0 > P). شادكامي، ارتباط معني‌دار مثبتي بر روي رضايت زناشويي دارد (010/0 > P). از بين سبك‌هاي دلبستگي، تنها سبك دو سوگرا، ارتباط معني‌داري بر روي رضايت زناشويي ندارد (050/0 < P). با افزودن نقش ميانجي عملكرد خانواده در ارتباط بين سبك دلبستگي و رضايت زناشويي، تنها سبك دلبستگي ايمن با رضايت زناشويي، ارتباط معني‌دار دارد (010/0 > P). نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي پژوهش، حاكي از آن است كه سبك دلبستگي و ميزان شادكامي زوجين در كنار كيفيت عملكرد خانوادگي زوجين عاملي اثرگذار و مهم در بهبود رضايت زناشويي زوجين مي‌باشد. واژگان كليدي

Background: Previous research shows that marital satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of quality of life that requires special attention to its influencing factors. The purpose of this study was to design an appropriate structural model for predicting marital satisfaction based on attachment style and happiness mediated by family function. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the statistical population included all couples who referred to counseling and guidance centers of Tehran Association of Education and Training, Tehran, Iran, during the years 2015-2016. The sample size was 200 couples who were selected using cluster sampling method. McMaster Family Assessment Device, Enrich Scale Satisfaction Questionnaire, Adult Attachment Scale, and Oxford Happiness Inventory were used as research tools. Pearson correlation test, multivariate regression test, and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. Findings: Family function had a significant mediating role in the relationship between happiness and marital satisfaction (P < 0.010). Happiness had a positive effect on marital satisfaction (P < 0.010). Among attachment styles, only ambivalent style did not have a significant effect on marital satisfaction (P > 0.050). By adding the mediating role of family function in the relationship between attachment style and marital satisfaction, only secure attachment style had a significant effect on marital satisfaction (P < 0.010). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that couples' attachment style and happiness level are important factors in improving marital satisfaction of couples, as well as quality of family performance.
