Construction and validation the eight-dimensional questionnaire of the value system of the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University by mixed method

هدف اين پژوهش، ساخت و اعتبار­يابي پرسشنامه نظام ارزشي اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي بود. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و به روش آميخته (كيفي– كمي) انجام گرديد كه به شكل متوالي اكتشافي، به شيوه استقرايي و از نوع ابزار­سازي و اعتبار­سنجي مي­باشد. در بخش كيفي، جامعه آماري، اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي بودند. روش نمونه­ گيري هدفمند، از نوع معيار (تخصص و تجربه) و با لحاظ اشباع داده­ ها، براساس شيوه گلوله­ برفي، انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از ابزار مصاحبه نيمه­ سازمان­ يافته استفاده شد. داده­ هاي بدست آمده از طريق فن تحليل مضمون، به روش كينگ و برنارد،[1] مورد تحليل قرار­ گرفت. سپس با بهره­گيري از تكنيك دلفي و تشكيل گروه تخصصي30 نفره خبرگان، دسته­ بندي مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. در مطالعه مقدماتي كه بر روي 50 نفر از اعضاء هيات علمي انجام شد، مولفه هايي كه بار عاملي آنها كمتر از50/0 برآورد شدند، حذف گرديد. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بدست آمده 90/0بوده كه پايايي پرسشنامه را تاييد نمود. پرسشنامه 68 گويه ­اي ‌‌بر­‌اساس نتايج حاصله از مدل كيفي، تدوين گرديد. در بخش كمي، 300 نفر از اعضاء هيأت علمي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي استان فارس به روش طبقه­ اي متناسب با حجم نمونه، مطابق اصول كلاين[2] انتخاب شدند. شاخص هاي ارزيابي اعتبار همگرا و پايايي تركيبي ابزار سنجش ابعاد نظام ارزشي به ترتيب، بالاي 50/0 و 80/0 گزارش گرديد. برآورد مقادير بار عاملي مقوله­ ها و معرف­هاي هر بعد، در سطح 001/0 معني­دار بود و ابزار سنجش از اعتبار عاملي لازم برخوردار گرديد.

The purpose of this study was to construct and validate the value system questionnaire of the faculty members of Azad University. This research was applied in terms of purpose, applied and in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) way, which is exploratory sequentially, inductive method and instrumentation and validation type. In the qualitative section, the statistical population was the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University. Targeted sampling method was selected by criterion type (expertise and experience) and in terms of data saturation, based on snowball method. A semi-organized interview tool was used to gather information. The data were analyzed by King and Bernard's method of thematic analysis. Then, using Delphi technique and forming a specialized group of 30 experts, the classification was approved. In a preliminary study of 50 faculty members, the components whose operating load was estimated to be less than 0.50 were removed. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.90, which confirmed the reliability of the questionnaire. The 68-item questionnaire was developed based on the results of the qualitative model. In the quantitative section, 300 faculty members of the Azad University of Fars Province were selected in accordance with the principles of Klein in a class-based manner appropriate to the sample size. The convergence validity and combined reliability validation indicators of the value system dimensions measurement tools were reported to be above 0.50 and 0.80, respectively. Estimation of the factor load values of each dimension was significant at the level of 0.001 and the measuring instrument enjoyed the necessary factor validity.
