چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اوﻟﯿﺎ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ دﺧﺘﺮاﻧﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ زاﻫﺪان ﺑﻮد. ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اوﻟﯿﺎ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد 500 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 217 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺑﻮد. ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اوﻟﯿﺎ اﻓﻀﻞ ﺧﺎﻧﯽ و ﻋﺒﺪي )1389(، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺳﺮوﮐﻮال ﭘﺎرﺳﻮراﻣﺎن )2004( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﯿﺮازي )1393(، ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﻣﺪارس اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/84، 0/73 و 0/94 ﺑﺮآورد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. دادهﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آزﻣﻮن ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي SPSS23 و LISREL8.8 ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اوﻟﯿﺎ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اوﻟﯿﺎ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ دارد و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اوﻟﯿﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪارس اﺛﺮ ﮔﺬار اﺳت
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of parent participation on school improvement and educational quality of primary schools in the district council of Zahedan. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study is all parents of primary school students in District 2 Board (Full-time Schools) with 500 students. According to Morgan's table, 217 people were selected by simple random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire for participation of Olia Afzal Khani and Abdi (2010), a quality of education questionnaire based on Sarvakal Parsouraman (2004) and a researcher-made questionnaire on improving schools and reliability of /84, 0/73 and 94/0 . Also, the validity of the questionnaire was analyzed by Liserl software. Findings showed that parent participation has a direct effect on school improvement, parent participation on educational quality and school improvement. Parental involvement indirectly affects the quality of education through school improvement
