ارائه مدل عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشي ارتباط در دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي رفسنجان در سال تحصيلي 98-97: يك مطالعه توصيفي

Presenting a Model of Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Communication in Students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in the Academic Year of 2018-2019: A Descriptive Study

ارتباط موثر يك مهارت اصلي براي تمامي متخصصان مراقبت هاي بهداشتي و سلامت است كه از ديرباز، ارتباطات در بخش سلامت، حوزه مهمي براي پژوهشگران بوده است، ارايه اين ارتباطات براي ارايه مراقبت هاي بهداشتي با كيفيت بالا، حياتي است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارايه مدل عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشي ارتباط در دانشجويان پزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي رفسنجان در سال تحصيلي 98-1397 انجام گرفت. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصيفي انجام شد. جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان پزشكي مشغول به تحصيل مقطع دكتري عمومي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي رفسنجان به تعداد 269 نفر در سال تحصيلي 98-1397 و بيماران و مراجعان به تعداد 6150 بودند. تعداد 155 نفر از دانشجويان پزشكي و 381 نفر از بيماران و مراجعان با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به پرسش نامه محقق ساخته ارتقاء اثر بخشي ارتباط پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد كه از بين ابعاد موثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشي ارتباط، پيامدها داراي بيشترين ضريب عاملي يا داراي بيشترين تاثير بر مدل (0/622) و هم چنين ميانگين درجه تاثير مولفه هاي زمينه اي داراي كم ترين درجه تاثير بر مدل (0/294) دارد. نتيجه گيري: عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشي ارتباطات شامل راهبردها، شرايط مداخله گر، شرايط علي، شرايط زمينه اي و پيامدها بود. داشتن ارتباط موثر تاثيرات مثبتي براي دانشجويان پزشكي دارد، بنابراين بايد در دوره هاي آموزشي دانشجويان پزشكي تاكيد زيادي بر آموزش مهارت هاي ارتباطي براي دانشجويان پزشكي صورت گيرد.

Effective communication is a key skill for all health care professionals, which has long been an important area for researchers in the field of health. Providing these communications is critical to providing high quality health care. The aim of this study was to present a model of factors affecting the promotion of communication effectiveness in the medical students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2018-2019. Materials and Methods: The present study was a descriptive study. The statistical population included all medical students studying general doctorate at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences, 269 people in the academic year of 2018-2019 and 6,150 patients and clients. 155 medical students and 381 patients and clients were selected as the sample using the available sampling method and answered the researcher-made questionnaire of improving the effectiveness of communication. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: The results showed that among the dimensions affecting the promotion of communication effectiveness, the outcomes had the highest factor coefficient or had the most impact on the model (0.622) and also the average degree of influence of the underlying components on the model had the least effect on the model (0.294). Conclusion: Factors affecting the effectiveness of communication included strategies, intervening conditions, causal conditions, contextual conditions and consequences. Having effective communication has positive effects for medical students, so there should be a lot of emphasis on teaching communication skills to medical students in medical students' training courses.
