چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ درﻣﺎن ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﺪم ﺗﺤﻤﻞ اﺑﻬﺎم داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﺎ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ وﺳﻮاس ﻓﮑﺮي-ﻋﻤﻠﯽ ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن - ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺶآﻣﻮزان دﺧﺘﺮ ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ در ﻣﺪارس دوره دوم ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻮي ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 4558 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد. از اﯾﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ 30 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ اﺧﺘﻼل وﺳﻮاس-ﺟﺒﺮي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺟﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ وﺳﻮاس ﻓﮑﺮي ﻋﻤﻠﯽ ﯾﯿﻞ ﺑﺮاون )Y-BOCS( ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي در دﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدف در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ )15 ﻧﻔﺮ( و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل )15 ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن دو ﮔﺮوه در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن و ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﺪم ﺗﺤﻤﻞ اﺑﻬﺎم )IUS( را ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ و در اﯾﻦ اﺛﻨﺎء آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ ﻫﺎي ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻃﯽ 10 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ 90 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ اي ﺗﺤﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ درﻣﺎن ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ درﻣﺎن ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎ در ﻧﻤﺮه ﮐﻞ ﻋﺪم ﺗﺤﻤﻞ اﺑﻬﺎم و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﺎﺗﻮاﻧﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﻋﻤﻞ، اﺳﺘﺮس آﻣﯿﺰ ﺑﻮدن ﺑﻼﺗﮑﻠﯿﻔﯽ، ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺑﻮدن روﯾﺪادﻫﺎ و اﺑﻬﺎم در ﻣﻮرد آﯾﻨﺪه ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ )0/05
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of metacognitive therapy on intolerance of ambiguity in students with obsessive compulsive symptoms. The present study is a semi-experimental study with pretest-posttest and control group design. The statistical population of the present study was consisted of all female students ( 4558) studying at high secondary schools in Khoy city. From this population, a sample of 30 people with OCD diagnosis using yale-brown obsessive compulsive scale (Y-BOCS) was selected by available sampling method and were replaced randomly in two the experimental group (15 people) and control (15 people). Participants of the two groups completed the pre-test and post-test stages of intolerance of uncertainty (IUS), and in the meantime, the subjects of the experimental group were placed under the under the training of metacognitive therapy during 10 sessions of 90 minutes. Data analysis was performed using Multivariate covariance. The findings of this study showed that metacognitive therapy resulted in a significant difference between the groups in the total intolerance of ambiguity score and its components Regarding the results, it can be argued that metacognitive therapy is effective on the intolerance of ambiguity and its components.
