The Impact of Dimensions and Parameters of Information-Centered Police with an Emphasis on Criminal Information in Arresting Wanted Criminals (Case Study, Tehran Megacity CID)

زمينه وهدف: يكي از ضرورتهاي فرآيند رسيدگي و جرم يابي پرونده هاي قضايي، دستگيري متهمان متواري مي باشد. پليس تخصصي آگاهي به عنوان متولي اصلي جرم يابي بخش مهم و قابل توجهي از جرايم، براي مقابله مؤثر و جرم يابي پديده هاي مجرمانه نيازمند ارتقاء توان اطلاعاتي كارآگاهان ادارات تخصصي و كارآگاه ياران اطلات جنايي در پي جوئي و دستگيري متهمان حرفه اي متواري است. و از آنجايي كه اطلاعات جنايي به عنوان يك مركز اطلاعاتي منسجم در ساختار پليس آگاهي با ابعاد و مولفه هاي متعدد مي تواند دردستگيري متهمين حرفه اي كه از چنگال قانون گريخته اند نقش به سزايي را ايفاء نمايد. لذا اين تحقيق با هدف تبيين تاثير ابعاد و مولفه هاي پليس اطلاعات محور موثر در دستگيري مجرمين حرفه اي با تاكيد بر اطلاعات جنايي انجام پذيرفته است.روش: اين تحقيق از نظر نوع و هدف كاربردي، نوع وروش توصيفي- تحليلي و از لحاظ‌جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، كمي به شيوه پيمايش است و جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كارآگاهان و افسران تحقيق اطلاعات جنايي و ادارات عملياتي پليس آگاهي تهران بزرگ، تشكيل مي دهند كه به صورت نمونه گيري به تعداد 97 نفر انتخاب شده اند. و با توجه به تجزيه وتحليل آماري انجام شده مقدار ضريب همبستگي محاسبه شده ازطريق نرم افزار spss مشخص گرديد.

One of the necessities of the process of pursuing and crime detecting judicial cases is arresting runaway convicts . The specialized CID police as the main source of crime detection of the major and considerable part of crimes needs to augment information abilities of the detectives of special departments and detective assistants of criminal information in order to effectively combat and detect crimes of criminal phenomenon in tracing and arresting professional runaway criminals. Since criminal information as a consolidated information center in CID Police structure with various dimensions and parameters plays an effective role in arresting professional criminals who have escaped the law, therefore this research has been carried out with the aim of determining the impacts of the dimensions and parameters of information-centric police in arresting the wanted criminals with an emphasis on criminal information.This research is of applied type from objective and type perspectives and of descriptive-analytical type from type and method perspectives and of quantitative surveying from data collection perspectives and the target audience are the detectives and officers of operation and criminal information departments of the Mega City of Tehran CID which were selected in sampling format as many as 97 persons. an‎d in regards to the conducted statistical analysis, the computed correlation coefficient was determined using SPSS software. The research findings show that the dimensions and parameters of criminal information play an effective role in arresting professional runaway criminals which were clarified based on Freedman Test. The technical and telecommunications dimensions have the highest and the human and criminal information dimensions have consequtively their impacts in arresting the runaway criminals. The research findings and results show that the CID special detectives use all the dimensions and parameters of criminal information in a comprehensive and intelligent approach to arrest the wanted criminals, but the CID detectives should make the most of technical and telecommunications dimensions use in order to improve their success in arresting the said criminals.
