آسيب‌شناسي و ارزيابي اصالت و يكپارچگي در محلۀ طمقاچي‌هاي كاشان

Pathological Study and Evaluation of Integrity and Authenticity of Tamghachiha Neighborhood in Kashan

محلۀ طمقاچي‌ها يكي از محله‌هاي تاريخي كاشان است كه به‌دليل قرارگيري در كنار عناصر مهمي از شهر همچون دروازۀ سوق و بازار و همچنين به‌سبب وجود بناهاي باارزش، جايگاهي ويژه‌ در شهر تاريخي دارد. اين محله به‌دليل تغييرات شهري نظير توسعۀ شهر، ساخت‌وسازهاي جديد و احداث خيابان‌ها، به‌ويژه احداث خيابان باب‌الحوائج، دچار آسيب‌ها و مشكلات فراواني شده است. لذا اين پرسش‌ها قابل طرح است كه ساخت خيابان يادشده و تبعات ايجادشده در پي آن، به چه تغييراتي در اين محله منجر شده،‌ دامنۀ اين تغييرات و مداخلات چيست و چه آسيب‌هاي ثانوي به‌ويژه بر اصالت و يكپارچگي محدودۀ شهري در پي داشته‌اند. روش اين پژوهش توصيفي‌تحليلي است و عمدۀ اطلاعات بر اساس مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني حاصل شده‌اند. هدف اين مقاله نيز واكاوي و بازنمايي تأثيرات مخرب تحولات شهري يادشده بر روي محلۀ طمقاچي‌هاست. مطالعات صورت‌گرفته در اين تحقيق كه بر مبناي منشور حفاظت شهري صورت گرفته، گوياي از بين رفتن يكپارچگي و شخصيت اصيل اين محلۀ تاريخي است. اين موضوع به‌ويژه با مقايسۀ وضعيت كنوني محله با آخرين وضعيت اصيل مندرج در تصويرهاي هوايي آشكار مي‌شود. اين مقايسه نشان مي‌دهد كه چگونه تغييرات ايجادشده در تركيب عناصري كه به يك محدودۀ شهري شكل مي‌بخشيده‌اند و همچنين دگرگوني در عناصري كه معرف هويت يك منطقۀ تاريخي هستند، در نهايت بر اصالت محلۀ طمقاچي‌ها تأثير گذاشته و آن را به‌شدت تضعيف كرده است. از جمله با از بين رفتن ارزش‌هاي اصيل، محلۀ امروزي فاقد ويژگي‌هاي برجسته‌ و شاخصي است كه به آن اهميت و شخصيت مي‌بخشيده است. علاوه بر اين مطالعات نشان مي‌دهد كه در اثر تغييرات ايجادشده و با وجود ساخت خيابان باب‌الحوائج، يكپارچگي محدودۀ شهري مورد نظر تضعيف شده، به‌طوري كه محله جايگاه خود را در ساخت فضايي شهر از دست داده و منزوي شده است.

Tamghachiha is one of the historic neighborhoods of Kashan, which has a special place in the historic urban area because of being located next to essential elements of the city such as Suq Gate and Bazaar, as well as the existence of valuable buildings. This neighborhood has been damaged due to urban changes such as urban development, new constructions, and especially the construction of Bab al-Havaej street. Therefore, this article struggles to answer following questions. What changes were made to this neighborhood because of the construction of the aforementioned street and its following consequences. What is the extent of these changes and what secondary damages did they have, especially to the authenticity and integrity of this urban region? The method of this research is descriptive-analectic and the data were mostly collected through library and field research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the destructive effects of the aforementioned urban development on Tamghachiha neighborhood. The conducted study, which is based on the charter of urban conservation, show that the integrity and the authenticity of this historic neighborhood have been destroyed. This destruction is particularly evident by comparing the current situation of the region with the last genuine recorded aerial photos. This comparison shows how changes in the composition of elements that form an urban area, as well as changes in the features that represent the identity of a historical region, have ultimately affected and severely undermined the neighborhood authenticity. Accordingly, with the destruction of its original values, the neighborhood these days lack the eminent qualities which forged its identity. In addition, this study shows that because of the changes made to this neighborhood due to the construction of Bab al-Havaej street, undermined the integrity of this urban region in such a way that the neighborhood has lost its situation in the urban area and has become isolated.
