حق آزادي مذهبي در دعوت ديني و ارتباط با جهاد با تأكيد بر قرآن و سيره پيامبر اسلام(ص)

The Right to Religious Freedom in Religious Invitation and the Jihad Connection with it with Emphasis on the Quran and the Manner of Islam’s Prophe

قرآن كريم به عنوان مهمترين منبع دين اسلام، داراي چهارچوب روشني براي دعوت ديني در گفتار و رفتار است و سيره پيامبر اسلام نيز با اين چهارچوب قرآني همسو است، ولي كشورگشايي هاي برخي حاكمان مسلمان و تبليغات مغرضانۀ اسلام هراسان اين تصوير روشن را غبارآلود كرده است. در اين پژوهش آيات قرآن و سيره پيامبر اسلام به روش توصيفي تحليلي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. همچنين حق آزادي مذهبي در دعوت ديني و ارتباط جهاد با آن مشخص شده است. براساس نتايج، دعوت به دين مبتني بر بصيرت، حكمت، موعظه و جدال احسن است و اگر كسي از پذيرش اين دعوت سر باز زد، تا زماني كه امنيت مسلمانان را تهديد نكرده، از حق آزادي مذهبي برخوردار است و بايد با ويرفتار مسالمت آميز شود. در اين ميان جهاد في سبيل الله جنبۀ دفاعي داشته و براي حراست از جان و مال امت اسلامي پايه گذاري شده است. آياتي از قرآن كه به قتال با غيرمسلمانان دستور داده است، ناظر بر تبليغ دين به زور شمشير نيست؛ بلكه هدف ايجاد امنيت اجتماعي در برابر تهديدهاي دشمن است و سيره رسول اكرم نيز با اينرويكرد قرآني همسو است.

As the most important source of Islamic religion, the Holy Qur'an has a clear framework for inviting to religion in speech and behavior, and the manner of Islam’s Prophet is also consistent with this Quranic framework. but conquests some Muslim rulers in the pretext of Islam spreading on one hand, and hostility propaganda of Islamophobians on the other has hazy this clear image, as It is necessary to explain the principles of the Qur'an and the Prophet's manner about this. In this study, the verses of the Quran and manner of Islam’s Prophet were investigated by descriptiveanalytic method and the principles of invitation to religion were specified. According to the results of this study, invitation to the religion is based on insight, wisdom, preaching and best disputations; and if one of them wasn’t accept this invitation, he is must treated peacefully, until don’t menace the security of the Muslims. In the meantime, Jihad has a defensive aspect and has been legislated for the protection of the life and property of the Muslims. Verses from the Qur'an, ordered to fighting against non-Muslims, are not directed to the propaganda of religion with the sword, but the purpose in these verses is to create societal security against enemy threats, and manner of Islam’s prophet matches this.
