نگاهي به آموزه هاي جرم شناختي و مدل هاي سياست جنايي در رمان مزرعه حيوانات

The Criminological Doctrines and Criminal Policy Models in Animal Castle Novel

رمان مزرعه حيوانات را اورول با رويكردي انتقادي در قالبي نمادين از زبان حيوانات عليه نظام توتاليتر و با نحله اجتماعي انسان‌گرايانه نگاشته است. هدف اين مقاله، مطالعه ميان‌ رشته‌اي رمان بر پايه مدل­هاي سياست جنايي و آموزه ­هاي جرم‌شناختي است. مقاله حاضر بر اساس روش توصيفي و تحليلي و با مرور رمان و بر پايه منابع كتابخانه­اي نگاشته شده است. يافته­ هاي مبتني بر تحليل محتواي رمان مبين آن است كه اين رمان نوستالژيك حكايت شكل­گيري يك انقلاب و تبديل عصيان به قدرت و نمايانگر بلاهت توده و پوشالي بودن وعده سوسياليسم به طبقه پرولتاريا يعني برابري و پايان ظلم اقتدارگرايان است. اورول با ديدگاهي منطبق بر ديدگاه جرم­شناختي ماركسيستي، مدل­هاي سياست جنايي اتوريتر و توتاليتر را در قالب داستاني منطبق با حاكميت تماميت‌خواه جوامع سوسياليستي ارائه نموده است.

Orwell wrote the novel Animal Castle with a critical approach in a symbolic form of animal language against the totalitarian system and with a humanistic social style. The purpose of this paper is to study interdisciplinary novels based on criminal policy models and Criminological Doctrines. The present paper is based on a descriptive and analytical methom, with a review of the novel based on library sources. The findings based on the analysis of the novel's content show that this nostalgic novel tells the story of the formation of a revolution and the transformation of rebellion into power and shows the stupidity of the masses and the emptiness of the promise of socialism to the proletariat, ie equality and the end of authoritarian oppression. With a view consistent with the Marxist criminological view, Orwell presents the models of authoritarian and totalitarian criminal policy in the form of a story consistent with the totalitarian rule of socialist societies.
