مطالعه مسئوليت اجتماعي گروه‌هاي آموزشي (نمونه موردي: گروه مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي دانشگاه تهران)

Study of Social Responsibility of Educational Groups Case study: Department of Management and Educational Planning, the University of Tehran

هدف از مقاله پيش‌رو، تحليل وضعيت مسئوليت اجتماعي گروه مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي دانشگاه تهران مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين پس از واكاوي ادبيات پژوهش پنج مؤلفه مسئوليت اجتماعي؛ اخلاقي، قانوني، زيست‌محيطي، مشاركت اجتماعي و اقتصادي كه فراواني بيشتري داشتند به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌هاي مسئوليت اجتماعي گزينش شدند و با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي و به‌كارگيري مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته 22 مصاحبه با اعضاي هيئت‌علمي و دانشجويان در مقطع دكتري و ارشد انجام شد. تجزيه‌وتحليل مصاحبه‌ها در تحليل پنج مؤلفه اصلي مسئوليت اجتماعي نشان مي‌داد در مؤلفه اخلاقي در سه زير مؤلفه اخلاق آموزشي با 57 درصد رضايت، اخلاق پژوهش با 58 درصد رضايت، اخلاق ارتباطي و تعاملي با 60 درصد نارضايتي، در مؤلفه قانوني با 72 درصد رضايت، در مؤلفه زيست‌محيطي 95 درصد نارضايتي و در مؤلفه‌هاي اقتصادي و مشاركت اجتماعي 100 درصد نارضايتي وجود داشت. در پايان بر اساس يافته‌هاي بدست آمده پيشنهادات سياستي براي نظام آموزش عالي ارائه شده‌است.

The purpose of the present article is to analyze the Department of Management and Educational Planning's social responsibility status, in the University of Tehran. Therefore, after reviewing the research literature, five components of social responsibility; Ethical, legal, environmental, social and economic participation, which were more frequent, were selected as components of social responsibility and using the method of qualitative content analysis and using semi-structured interviews, 22 interviews with faculty members and Ph.D. student and Masters students. Analysis of interviews in the analysis of the five main components of social responsibility showed that in the ethical component in three sub-components: educational ethics with 57% satisfaction, research ethics with 58% satisfaction, communication and interaction ethics with 60% dissatisfaction, in the legal component with 72% satisfaction There was 95% dissatisfaction in the environmental component and 100% dissatisfaction in the economic and social participation components. Finally, based on the findings, policy proposals for the higher education system are presented.
