عوامل مؤثر بر تأمين مالي مشاغل كارآفرينانه در آموزش‌ عالي (مورد مطالعه: شركت‌هاي نوپاي حوزه گردشگري دريايي)

Effective Factors on Financing Entrepreneurial Jobs in Higher Education (Case study: Startups Companes in area of Maritime Tourism)

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر تأمين مالي مشاغل كارآفرينانه در آموزش‌عالي دانشگاه با تأكيد بر شركت‌هاي نوپاي مبتني برحوزه توليدات‌ وگردشگري آبي بوده است. روش بررسي اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده‌ها از تحقيقات توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كارشناسان، خبرگان و فعالان حوزه‌ شركت‌هاي نوپاي حوزه گردشگري دريايي در ايران بوده است. ازاين‌رو، با توجه به نامحدود بودن تعداد جامعه آماري، انتخاب نمونه با استفاده از كرجسي و مورگان و به شيوه تصادفي ساده به تعداد 384 نفر تعيين شده است. پس از تجميع پرسشنامه از پاسخ‌دهندگان، داده‌هاي پژوهش در دوسطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و با نرم‌افزارهاي اس.پي.اس. اس((SPSS23 و نرم افزار اسمارت پي.ال.اس. (SmartPLS) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرارگرفته است. به طوركلي نتايج فرضيه‌‌هاي پژوهش حاضر نشان داد كه عوامل محيطي و زمينه‌اي عوامل درون سازماني بر تأمين مالي مشاغل كارآفرينانه در آموزش‌عالي دانشگاه كه در بين شركت‌هاي نوپاي مبتني برحوزه توليدات‌ وگردشگري آبي تأثيرمعناداري دارد. ازاين‌رو، نتايج اين پژوهش به نوبه خود به بخش آموزش عالي در دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي كشوركمك نموده تا با استفاده از عوامل و راهبردهاي محوري معرفي شده در راستاي ارتقاءكارآفريني گام‌هاي مؤثرتري را بردارند.

The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the factors affecting the financial security of entrepreneurial jobs in higher education of the university with emphasis on start-up companies in the field of maritime tourism. The research method is applied in terms of practical purpose and in terms of how to collect data from descriptive survey research. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population of the study includes experts, experts and activists in the field of entrepreneurship in Iran. Therefore, due to the unlimited number of communities in Aari, the selection of the statistical sample has been determined using Karajsi and Morgan and in a simple random way to 384 people. After summarizing the questionnaire related to the respondents, the research data is located in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics and with SPS software softwares. SPSS23 and Smart PLS software were analyzed. In general, the results of the present research hypotheses showed that it has a significant effect on environmental and organizational factors on the financing of entrepreneurial jobs in the university's higher education with emphasis. For start-ups based on production and water tourism, however, given that the results of the present study showed that intra-organizational and extra-organizational (environmental) factors affect the supply of funds and financing the funds required for the maritime entrepreneurial business sector. This research, in turn, has helped the higher education sector in universities and higher education institutions of the country to take the most effective steps to promote entrepreneurship by using the introduced central factors and strategies.
