تحليلي بر تكوين هويت حرفه‌اي در بين دانشجو-معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان

An Analysis on the Evolution of Professional Identity among Teacher-Students in Frhangian University

يكي از مهم‌ترين اهداف دانشگاه فرهنگيان تكوين هويت حرفه‌اي دانشجو-معلمان است. ليكن آيا اين مهم در جريان تحصيل چهارساله دانشجويان در دانشگاه فرهنگيان اتفاق مي‌افتد؟ پژوهشگر با مقايسه شرايط ورود و فارغ‌التحصيلي دانشجو-معلمان بر اساس يادداشت‌هاي آن‌ها درصدد فهم تكوين هويت حرفه‌اي دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان برآمده است. روش پژوهش، كيفي از نوع تحليل زندگينامه‌اي بوده و دانشجويان مورد مطالعه به شيوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند. بر اساس بحث‌هاي نظري و نوشته‌هاي دانشجويان سه حالت هويتي براي ورود و سه حالت هويتي براي خروجي در نظر گرفته شده كه مجموعاً از تركيب آن‌ها نه حالت به وجود آمد. يافته‌ها نشان داد فرض عدم نقش مؤثر دانشگاه در تكوين هويت حرفه‌اي مورد تأييد نبوده و نقش دانشگاه در هويت حرفه‌اي بخشي از دانشجويان منفي و در بخشي مثبت بوده است. تحليل يادداشت‌ها نشان داد دانشگاه تقريباً به شيوه‌اي تعديل‌كننده عمل كرده است. دانشجوياني كه با انتظارات بالايي وارد دانشگاه شده‌اند در مواجهه با واقعيت انتظاراتشان تعديل شده و دانشجوياني نيز كه تصورات منفي داشته‌اند با گذشت زمان به اهميت معلمي پي برده و با شرايط دانشگاه سازگاري بيشتري يافته‌اند. در اين طبقه‌بندي‌ها گونه‌هاي بدون تأثير فاقد نمونه‌هاي واقعي بوده و گونه‌هاي داراي تأثير مثبت تعداد بيشتري را شامل شده است.

One of the most important goals of the Farhangian University is the Development of student-teachers professional identity. But is this important happens during the four-year undergraduate Education at Farhangian University? Comparing the conditions of entry and graduation of student-teachers based on their notes, research tried to understand the development of the professional identity of student-teachers. Method was qualitative biographical analysis and students were selected in a targeted manner. Based on theories and students notes, three identity states were considered for entry and three for output, which were combined and nine modes were created. Findings was not confirmed the assumption that university neutrality in development of professional identity, and positive or negative role of university in professional identity was confirmed. Analysis of notes showed that the university act in an almost moderating manner. Whose entered with high expectations have had adjusted their expectations in the face of reality, and whose have negative perceptions have realized the importance of teaching and have become more adaptable to the conditions of the university. In these classifications, unaffected species have no real specimens and more positively affected species are included.
