نيازسنجي آموزشي و حمايت اجتماعي مادران داراي كودكان با نشانگان داون به منظور طراحي برنامه‌اي جامع براي آموزش مادران

Educational and Social Support Need Assessment of Mothers Having Children with Down Syndrome for Developing a Comprehensive Program for Training Mothers

هدف: آموزش خانواده هاي داراي فرزند با نشانگان داون و اجراي برنامه هاي حمايتي مناسب براي آنان مستلزم سنجش نيازهاي آموزشي و حمايتي آنان است. برسي حاضر نيازهاي مادران داراي فرزند با نشانگان داون به حمايت اجتماعي و آموزشي را مورد سنجش قرار داد. روش: پژوهش حاضر به صورت توصيفي_پيمايشي و جامعۀ آماري شامل تمامي مادران دانش آموزان دختر با نشانگان داون شاغل به تحصيل در سال تحصيلي 95-1394 در مجتمع اموزشي شهيد اصلاني وابسته به ادارل آموزش و پرورش استثنايي شهر تهران بود. نمونۀ مورد مطالعه شامل سي نفر از مادران داراي دختر با نشانگان داون بودند كه به شيول نمونه گيرزي در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ايزار پژوهش، پرسشنامۀ نيازسنجي محقق ساخته بود كه با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ نيازسنجي به پژوه و محمودي (1394)، طراحي و توسط مادران تكميل شد. پرسشنامه شامل سه بخش بود: بخش اول اطلاعات جمعيت شناختي؛ بخش دوم سيزده سوال تشريحي و بخش سوم بيست و هشت گويۀ چهار گزينه اي ليكرتي (خيلي زياد، زياد، كم و خيلي كم). يافته ها: يافته هاي به دست امده نشان داد كه اين قبيل مادران به شدت نگران آيندل فرزندانشان هستند و تمايل دارند بدانند چه خدماتي در حال و آينده براي فرزندان انها وجود دارد. مادران بر اين باور بودند كه بهتر است متخصصان با آنان صادقانه رفتار كنند و انچه مهم است كه والدين دربارۀ آيندل فرزندشان بدانند به انها گفته شود. مادران درخواست كرده بودند كه برنامه هاي آموزشي مناسب به خصوص در زمينۀ آموزش مهارت هاي زندگي مستقل براي فرزندانشان اجرا شود. نتيجه گيري: مادران كوذكان با نشانگان داون نياز بالايي به حمايت اجتماعي و اموزش دارند و اين موضوع ضرورت طراحي، برنامه ريزي و اجراي برنامه هاي دانش افزايي براي اين گونه خانواده ها را نشان مي دهد.

Objective: Designing extensive programs for training families with Down Syndrome children and implementing appropriate supportive programs for them require assessing their educational and supportive needs. In the present study, the educational and social needs of mothers with Down Syndrome children were assessed in order to design a comprehensive program for training mothers. Method: The study was a descriptive-survey design, and participants were 30 mothers of female children with Down Syndrome attending Aslani Special School in the academic year 2015-2016 in Tehran, Iran. The mothers were selected by convenient sampling method. The Need Assessment Questionnaire (Beh-Pajooh & Mahmoudi, 2014) was adapted and completed by the mothers. The questionnaire consisted of three parts: The first part included demographic information about children with Down Syndrome and their parents; The second part included 13 open-ended questions, and the third part consisted of 28 items using four-point Likert scale (very much, much, little, and very little). Results: The findings revealed that mothers of children with Down Syndrome reported high levels of worry about their children’s future, and would like to know about services at the present and the future. What matters is to inform them about their children’s future and there should be appropriate educational programs – especially regarding independent living skills training – for such children and their families. Conclusion: Mothers of children with Down Syndrome have a need for social support and education; this shows the importance of planning and implementing appropriate supportive and educational programs for such families.
