همزيستي اخلاقي همسايگان؛ يك راهكار اسلامي براي كاهش بي‌تفاوتي اجتماعي

The Moral Coexistence of Neighbors: An Islamic Solution for Social Indifference

بي‌تفاوتي اجتماعي، يكي از عناصر نامطلوب فرهنگ جامعۀ مُدرن است كه از منظر جامعه‌شناختي، يكي از مهم‌ترين ناهنجاري‌ها و از جمله موانع بزرگ در برابر توسعۀ ارتباطات انساني قلمداد شده است و امروزه دامنۀ آن به تعاملات همسايگان در محله‌ها و مجتمع‌هاي آپارتماني نيز رسيده است. كاهش بي‌تفاوتي و يا دست‌كم، پيشگيري از گسترش دامنۀ آن، افزون بر وضع قوانين حقوقيِ كارآمد، نيازمند به راهبردها و راهكارهاي اخلاقي است. از اين‌رو هدف نوشتۀ پيش رو، ارائۀ پيشنهادي كاربردي براساس رهيافت اسلامي جهت كاهش بي‌تفاوتي اجتماعي در جامعه است. پژوهش حاضر، با روش إسنادي و رويكرد توصيفي−تحليلي ضمن بيان ديدگاه آموزه‌هاي اسلامي دربارۀ بي‌تفاوتي، به تبيين ضرورت همزيستي اخلاقي همسايگان در روابط روزمره و بررسي ظرفيت‌هاي آن در پيشگيري و رفع عارضۀ بي‌تفاوتي اجتماعي مي‌پردازد و بر اين نتيجه تأكيد دارد كه؛ حضور اخلاق اسلامي در روابط همسايگان با يكديگر مي‌تواند متغيرهاي مؤثر بر بي‌تفاوتي اجتماعي از قبيل: گسترش كُنِش‌هاي مبتني بر فردگرايي افراطي و خودخواهانه، محاسبۀ افراطي هزينه−پاداش، فقدان دروني‌سازي مسئوليت‌پذيري را كاهش داده و به تدريج آنها را از ميان بردارد.

Social indifference is one of the unwanted aspects of modern society. Sociologically, it is a main form of anomaly and a barrier to the improvement of human relationships that has influenced neighbors’ relationships in community level. Reducing social indifference or, at least, preventing the extension of its scope, other than legal measures, requires moral solutions. Consequently, the present essay aims at introducing a functional solution based on Islamic approaches for reducing social indifference. Here, documentary method and descriptive, analytical approach are adopted to present the Islamic view toward social indifference, and to highlight the necessity of moral coexistence among neighbors in everyday relationships, and finally to understand its capacities in preventing or reducing social indifference. The findings indicate that the presence of Islamic morality in neighbors’ relationships can prevent from, reduce, and eliminate variables that result in social indifference such as: radical individualist/egoistic behaviors, radical emphasis on reward-cost equation, and the absence of internalizing responsibility
