موقعيت سازهاي شريعتمدارانۀ هرمنوتيكي در سياستگذاري فرهنگي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Religious Hermeneutical Situation-Creators in the Cultural Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran

روح حاكم بر اسناد بالادستي نظام، تأكيد بر شريعت اسلام و جهت دهي به سمت حكومت و جامعه اسلامي است. ليكن با وجود تأكيد كلي اسناد بالادستي بر شريعتمداري، در عمل به سبب اينكه اين معنا در طبقاتِ پسيني، جريان نيافته، اقسام رويارويي ها و سرگشتگي ها، سياستگذاران فرهنگي را آزار ميدهد. ثمرۀ موضع گيري سياستگذار، چيزي جز موقعيت سازهرمنوتيكي نيست و دريافت هاي پسينيِ وي تحتِ تأثير اين گزينش است. شماري از موقعيت سازها كليدي هستند و با هر گزينش، سلسله اي از موقعيت‌هاي هرمنوتيكي ايجاد خواهد شد. در اين پژوهش با بهره گيري از استراتژي تحليل مضمون، موقعيت هاي تقابلي در حيطه شريعتمداري، مبتني بر شش منبع مختلف استحصال و نيز با استفاده از روش ISM، موقعيت سازهاي كليدي هرمنوتيكي حاوي: «تعبد و تعقل در فهم شريعت»، «رابطه همسازي اخلاق و فرهنگ يا رابطه آمرانه اخلاق و فرهنگ؟»، «فقه فردي و فقه حكومتي»، «هنر ارزشي و هنر عام»، «حدود و ثغور شادي حقيقي و لهو و لعب» و «تقابل در اجباري يا غيراجباري بودن حجاب» مشخص و تبيين شده است. در انتها اهمّ مسائل هرمنوتيكي در حيطه شريعتمداري بررسي شده است.

The atmosphere governing the superior documents of the IRI system emphasize the Islamic law and directing the society towards the Islamic government and society. Despite the general emphasis of the superior documents on religiosity, however because this concept is not in work in lower levels, various types of confrontation and ambiguity hinder the cultural policymakers. Any position taken by the politician is a hermeneutical situation created by him, and his later understandings are affected by this choice. Some situation creators are key situations and with any choice in these situations, a chain of hermeneutic situations will arise. In this research, by using the thematic analysis method, the conflict situations in religiosity, based on six sources have been extracted; and using ISM method, the key hermeneutic situation creators have been investigated. They are as follows: “servitude and reasoning in understanding religious law”; “the harmonic relationship between morality and culture or the authoritative relationship between morality and culture?”; individual jurisprudence and governmental jurisprudence”; “value art and public art”; “limits of true happiness and frivolity”; and “the contrast between obligatory and non-obligatory hijab”. . In the end, the most important hermeneutical issues in the realm of religiosity have been investigated.
