نقشه علمي حقوق مالكيت فكري در پايگاه اطلاع‌رساني Web of Science از سال آغاز تا سال 2020

Intellectual property rights in the Web of Science information database from it's beginning until 2020

هدف: حقوق مالكيت فكري امتيازي معنوي و مادي است كه در مجامع بين‌المللي سازمان‌ها، قوانين و استانداردهاي زيادي به وجود آمده است. اين پژوهش با هدف علم‌سنجي و ترسيم نقشه علمي حقوق مالكيت فكري در پايگاه اطلاع‌رساني Web of Science از سال 1899 تا 2020 انجام شد. روش‌ها: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدي حاضر از نوع كمي است كه ﺑﺎ روش ﻋﻠﻢ‌ﺳﻨﺠﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه است. ابزار گرد‌آوري داده‌ها پايگاه اطلاع‌رساني Web of Science و جامعه آماري آن كليه مدارك موجود در زمينه حقوق مالكيت فكري از 2019-1899 است. با استفاده از كليدواژه‌هاي مرتبط، 425876 مدرك تا پايان سال 2019 ميلادي، استخراج و تحليل‌هاي علم‌سنجي و مصورسازي با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهاي Excel و VOS Viewer انجام شد. نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه انتشار مقالات و مدارك مرتبط با حقوق مالكيت فكري داراي روندي صعودي است. بطوري كه از 4 مدرك در سال 1899 به 425876 مدرك در سال 2019 رسيده است. مقالات در صدر بيشترين نوع مدارك هستند، بيشترين تعداد مدارك به زبان انگليسي و كشور آمريكا بزرگ‌ترين توليدكننده مدارك است. پركارترين نويسنده در اين زمينه، Anonymous با دارا بودن 4370 تاليف مي‌باشد، مجله BMJ Open با چاپ 4478 عنوان مدرك، مجله هسته و اصلي در مالكيت فكري مي‌باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: اين مطالعه يك چشم‌انداز كلي از حقوق مالكيت فكري در پايگاه Web of Science ارائه نموده است كه مي‌تواند براي مخاطبان و پژوهشگران راهنما و يك نقشه راه باشد.

Aim: Intellectual property rights refer to the material and intellectual privileges that create many laws and standards in the international assemblies of many organizations. The present study aims to scientifically evaluate intellectual property rights in the Web of Science information database from its beginning until now. Methods: This study was conducted by the scientometric method and analysis of documents published in the field of intellectual property in 2019. For this purpose, using related keywords, through advanced search in the Web of Science information database, 425,876 documents were extracted. Scientometric analysis and illustration were performed using Excel and VOS viewer software. Results: The results showed that the publication of articles and documents related to intellectual property rights has an upward trend. This publication has increased from 4 documents in 1899 to 425876 documents in 2019. The largest number of documents were published in English and the United States was the largest producer of these documents. The most prolific author named ANONYMOUS with 4370 writings in this field, BMJ OPEN magazine with 4478 titles, is the core and prominent journal in intellectual property. Conclusion: This study provides an overview of intellectual property rights in the Web of Science, which can be a guidanc and a roadmap for the audiences.
