ارتقاء مهارت دانشجويان مامايي با استفاده از توليد و اجراي نرم‌افزار نسخه‌نويسي در زنان و مامايي

Improving the skills of midwifery students by using the production and implementation of the software prescription obstetrics and gynecology

نسخه‌نويسي يكي از اصلي‌ترين مراحل استفاده از دارو مي‌باشد. اشتباه در نسخه‌نويسي عبارت است از هرگونه اشتباه كه منجر به كاهش اثربخشي درمان يا افزايش صدمه به بيمار مي‌شود. بنابراين هدف از توليد نرم‌افزار نسخه‌نويسي در زنان و مامايي افزايش مهارت دانشجويان رشته مامايي در نسخه‌نويسي و همچنين استفاده آسان و راحت براي كاربران بود. اين مطالعه يك مطالعه پايلوت بود كه بر روي 23 دانشجويان مامايي ترم 6 انجام شد. توليد و پياده‌سازي نرم‌افزار در 4 مرحله انجام شد. دانش و مهارت دانشجويان، رضايت و خطاي نسخه‌نويسي با استفاده از نمره پره‌تست و پست‌تست، چك‌ليست رضايت و خطاي نسخه‌نويسي جمع‌آوري شد. نتايج وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تي‌تست ارزيابي شدند. ميانگين نمره پيش‌آزمون در بيماري‌هاي زنان قبل از مداخله 15/48 و ميانگين نمره پس‌آزمون پس از مداخله 18/96 بود. ميانگين نمره پيش‌آزمون‌ها در بيماري‌هاي بارداري قبل از مداخله 14/29 و ميانگين نمره پس‌آزمون پس از مداخله 18/10 بود. همه اساتيد از اين نرم‌افزار بسيار راضي بودند. 91 درصد دانشجويان نمره رضايت بسيار بالا را از نرم‌افزار اعلام كردند. اين نرم‌افزار مي‌تواند به‌عنوان يك روش آموزش نوين در بالين كيفيت زندگي زنان را ارتقا دهد و از خطاهاي پزشكي پيشگيري كند.

Prescribing is one of the main steps in using medicine. Mistakes in prescription can reduce the effectiveness of treatment or increase harm to the patient. Therefore, the aim of producing a prescription software in obstetrics and gynecology was to increase the skills of midwifery students in prescribing as well as convenient of using the medicine for users. This study was a pilot study performed on 23 midwifery students in the 6th semester. Production and implementation of the software was done in 4 stages Students' knowledge and skills, satisfaction and transcription error were collected by sing the pre-test, post-test, and satisfaction and medication error checklist. The data were analyzed y SPSS software version 21 and independent t-test. The mean pre-test score in gynecological diseases before the intervention was 15.48 and the mean post-test score after the intervention was 18.96. The mean pre-test score in pregnancy diseases before the intervention was 14.29 and the mean post-test score after the intervention was 18.10. All of the professors were very satisfied with the software. Ninty one percent of the students rep [orted a very high satisfaction score and nine percent reported a high satisfaction score for the educational package. This software can improve the women’s quality of life as a new method in clinical education and prevent medical errors in gynecological and obstetric fields as much as possible.
