ارزيابي نقش سرمايه‌گذاري در تسهيلات شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط پذيرفته‌شده در بورس تهران

The role of investment in the facilities of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange

سرمايه­‌گذاري در تسهيلات در بازار درحال‌توسعه و نوظهور كشور ما مي­تواند اثرات مثبتي در تأمين مالي از طريق وام بانكي براي شركت­هاي كوچك و بزرگ به همراه داشته باشد. هدف از اجراي پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي نقش سرمايه ­گذاري در تسهيلات شركت­ هاي كوچك و متوسط پذيرفته‌شده در بورس تهران بوده است. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي بوده و متكي بر طرح تحقيق پس­رويدادي به انجام رسيده است. در اين پژوهش تعداد 117 شركت فعال و پذيرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طي سال هاي 1390 تا 1397 مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. آزمون فرضيه­ هاي پژوهش با استفاده از رگرسيون خطي چندگانه با الگوي داده­ هاي تركيبي انجام گرفت. تحليل­ ها نشان داد كه سرمايه ­گذاري در تسهيلات بانكي بر هر چهار متغير وابسته پژوهش يعني هزينه تسهيلات، اندازه تسهيلات اعتباري، كيفيت اطلاعات حسابداري مبتني بر اقلام تعهدي اختياري و عملكرد شركت مبتني بر معيار كيوتوبين تأثير مثبت داشته است.

Investing in facilities in the emerging and emerging market of our country can have positive effects on financing through banking facilities for small and large companies. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of investment in the facilities of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is based on the design of post-event studies. In this study, 117 companies active and accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 1390 to 1397 were examined. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression with a combined data model. Analyzes showed that investment in bank facilities had a positive effect on all four dependent variables of research, namely facility costs, credit facility size, quality of accounting information based on optional commitment items, and the performance of the company based on the Q-tobin standard.
