The study of the historical development of Iran's education and its strengths and weaknesses in the three periods of ancient, Islamic and contemporary

نظر به اهميت تعليم و تربيت، اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاريخ تعليم و تربيت در ايران انجام گرديد. پژوهش حاضر به روش كيفي با بررسي اسناد، مقالات و پژوهش‌هاي معتبر و مرتبط با موضوع، انجام گرفته است. نتايج تحقيقات به دست آمده نشان مي‌دهد: هدف از تعليم‌وتربيت در ايران باستان دانش‌اندوزي و فراگيري ادب به‌منظور تصاحب صفات و كردار نيك بود تا فرد بتواند در اجتماع عضو مفيدي باشد. اين سنت بعدها نيز در دورههاي اسلامي گرامي ماند و دستورات قرآن كه ضمن آن مقام معلم و دانش گرامي شمرده شده بود، سرمشق مسلمانان و الهامبخش آنان قرار گرفت. با تأسيس دارالفنون اولين گام در راستاي تعليم و تربيت نوين برداشته شد و سپس باعث تأسيس مدارس جديد در ايران شد. با پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي تلاش‌هاي زيادي به منظور تعليم و تربيت اسلامي انجام گرفت. در سند تحول بنيادين آموزش و پرورش كه در سال 1390 تصويب شد چشم ‌انداز و اهداف تعليم و تربيت در افق 1404 هجري شمسي تبيين شده است. با توجه به سير تاريخي تحولات تعليم و تربيت و افقي كه سند تحول بنيادين آموزش و پرورش ترسيم كرده مي‌توان راه‌كارهايي براي بهبود نظام تعليم و تربيت كشور ارايه داد.

According to the importance of education, this study aimed to study the history of education in Iran. This study has been conducted in Qualitative method by reviewing the professors, articles and researches related to the topic. The results of researches show: Nurture the aim of education in Persia was the possess good knowledge in order to possess good qualities, and to be useful in society tomorrow. The traditions were later honoured in Islamic courses and the teaching of the Quran, which were the status of the teacher and knowledge, set the example of muslims and their inspiration. The establishment of ecole polytechnique was the first step in the course of modern education, then it opened up new school in Iran. With the victory of the Islamic revolution, many efforts were made to educate and train Islam. In evidence of the fundamental transformation of education adopted in 2011, the vision and objectives of education have been determinded on the horizon of the solar system. According to the historical course of the education and education developments that document the fundamental transformation of education, there is a way to improve the education system of the country
