رابطه مديريت زمان با خلاقيت و خود تنظيمي دانش اموزان پايه ششم ابتدايي سعدآباد

هدف پژوهش رابطه مديريت زمان با خلاقيت و خود تنظيمي دانش اموزان پايه ششم ابتدايي بود. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف و ماهيت كاربردي بود كه براي انجام ان از روش توصيفي – همبستگي استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل 730 نفر دانش آموزان پايه ششم ابتدايي سعد آباد بوده است كه با استفاده روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي تعداد 150 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گرديد .ابزار اندازه گيري در اين پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه راهبردهاي يادگيري خودتنظيمي ، خلاقيت تورنس و پرسشنامه مديريت زمان بوده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش هاي آمار توصيفي(ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد) و در سطح آمار استنباطي از ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون چند متغيره به روش همزمان استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين مديريت زمان با خلاقيت و خود تنظيمي دانش اموزان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد .بين مديريت زمان با ابعاد خلاقيت دانش اموزان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد .بين مديريت زمان با ابعاد خود تنظيمي دانش اموزان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between time management with creativity and self-regulation in sixth grade students. The purpose of the present study was to describe the purpose and the nature of the applied descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population of this study consisted of 730 elementary students of elementary students in grade 6 in Saad Abad. Among them 150 students were selected using multistage cluster sampling method. Torrance and time management questionnaire were the research instruments. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) were used for data analysis. At the level of inferential statistics, correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used simultaneously. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between time management with students 'creativity and self-regulation. There is a significant relationship between time management with students' creativity dimensions.
