چكيده فارسي :
باوجود اهميت علوم انساني و نقش بسزاي آن در احياي فرهنگ ديني‌ـ‌ملّي و توسعۀ علوم و فناوري، اين علوم در دانشگاه‌هاي ايران آن‌گونه كه لازم است مورد توجه قرار نگرفته و جايگاه شايسته‌اي ندارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي نقش و جايگاه مديريت تحولات علوم انساني در آرا و انديشه‌هاي امام خامنه‌اي (حفظه‌الله) است. اين پژوهش به‌صورت نظري و با روش سندكاوي انجام گرفته است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه مباني مادي و ضدّ ديني، ماهيت غربي، الگوگيري بي‌قيد و شرط از نظريه‌ها و توليدات غربي، ناديده‌انگاشتن جايگاه و منزلت نخبگان، دانش‌آموختگان، مؤسسات و توليدات علوم انساني، مهم‌ترين چالش‌هايي هستند كه از ديدگاه امام خامنه‌اي (حفظه‌الله)، علوم انساني در دانشگاه‌هاي ايران با آنها روبه‌رو است. همچنين، يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه استخراج مباني اين علوم از دين، بومي‌سازي، نظريه‌پردازي، توليد علم و نوآوري‌هاي علمي و لزوم توجه كافي به جايگاه نخبگان، دانش‌آموختگان، مؤسسات علوم انساني، مؤثرترين راهكارها در مرتفع‌كردن نواقص و بهبود وضعيت علوم انساني در آرا و انديشه‌هاي امام خامنه‌اي (حفظه‌الله) است.

Despite the importance of the humanities and its role in reviving the religious-national culture and the development of science and technology, these sciences in the universities of Iran, as it is necessary, are not considered and do not have a desirable position. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and place of management of humanities developments in Imam Khamenei's opinions and thoughts. This research has been done theoretically and with the help of document analysis. The research findings indicate that the material and anti-religious foundations of the Western nature, the unconditional modeling of Western theories and products, the ignorance of the status and status of elites, graduates, institutes and humanities, are the most important challenges from the point of view of Imam Khamenei, the humanities faced by Iranian universities. The findings also show that the extraction of the fundamentals of these sciences from religion, indigenization, theory, production of science and scientific innovations, and the need to pay enough attention to the position of elites, graduates, humanities, the most effective solutions to eliminate defects and Improvement of the human sciences in the opinions and ideas of Imam Khamenei
