چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي مفهوم سبك زندگي با رويكرد روانشناسي، جامعه شناسي و اسلام انجام شده است. روش اين پژوهش به لحاظ جمع‌آوري و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها «توصيفي-تحليلي» است؛ بدين صورت كه براي استخراج تعريف دقيق سبك زندگي و نيز سبك زندگي اسلامي، به گزاره‌هاي ديني و متون روانشناختي و كتابهاي لغت مراجعه شده است و اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده با روش توصيفي- تحليلي تجزيه و تحليل شده‌اند. در اين نوشتار، در بررسي و تحليل واژه سبك، سه تعريف ارائه مي‌گردد و در ادامه، تعريف‌هاي سبك زندگي در سه رويكرد جامعه‌شناسي، روانشناسي و اسلامي به دست داده مي‌شود و پس از بررسي تفاوت‌ها و وجوه مشترك سه رويكرد در محورهاي مختلف، تعريف‌هايي مناسب ارائه مي‌شود. در پايان، با استفاده از منابع اسلامي، تعريف سبك زندگي اسلامي به عنوان مصداقي از سبك زندگي روشن مي‌شود. نتيجه آنكه با توجه بررسي‌ها و مقايسه‌هاي انجام‌شده در محورهاي نه‌گانه، تعريف روانشناختي و اسلامي در باب سبك زندگي بسيار نزديك به هم هستند. البته تعريف سبك زندگي اسلامي به عنوان مصداقي از سبك زندگي، قيد انطباق با اسلام را در زمينه روش و هدف با خود همراه دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aimed to investigate the concept of lifestyle according to psychology, sociology, and Islam perspectives. This is a "descriptive-analytical" study; in order to extract the exact definition of lifestyle as well as Islamic lifestyle, religious statements, psychology texts, and dictionries were examined and the collected data, using a descriptive-analytical method, were analyzied. In this assay, by investigating and anylyzing the word "style", three definitions of the word have been introduced. Defintions of lifestyle have been yielded in three approaches: sociology, psychology, and Islamic, and after examining diffrences and similarities of the three approcahes in different aspects, approporiate definitions were presented. Finally, using Islamic sources, the defintion of Islamic lifestyle as an example of lifestyle has been clarified. The conclusion is that in view of investigations and comparasions made in nine domains, the psychological and Islamic definiotions of lifestyle are very similar. Of course, the definition of Islamic lifestyle as an example of lifestyle, has the condtition of being in accord with Islam in its method and objective.
