Providing a Pattern of professional competencies of technical and Vocational Training instructors in Tehran

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوي شايستگي هاي حرفه اي مربيان مراكز دولتي آموزش فني و حرفه اي شهر تهران انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر داده­ها كيفي و از نظر روش اجراي پژوهش داده‌بنياد خودظهور است. جامعه پژوهش حاضر شامل كليه متخصصان و صاحب نظران آموزش هاي فني و حرفه اي(كه سوابق علمي و اجرايي در آموزش هاي فني و حرفه اي دارند) و اساتيد دانشگاهي(عضو هيات علمي، داراي سوابق پژوهشي مرتبط با آموزش هاي فني و حرفه اي) بودند كه با بهره گيري از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند گلوله‌برفي تعداد 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. با انجام 25 مصاحبه، تشخيص محقق اين بود كه اطلاعات به دست آمده به نقطه اشباع رسيده است. ابزار گردآوري داده­ها بررسي اسناد ملي و بين‌المللي مرتبط و همچنين مصاحبه اكتشافي نيمه‌ساختار يافته بود. در نهايت از روش داده‌بنياد و كدگذاري براي طبقه‌بندي داده­ها استفاده شد. در مورد اعتبار مطالعه علاوه بر مطالعه مباني نظري از شيوه بررسي به وسيله اعضاي پژوهش استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها بيانگر آن بود كه الگوي شايستگي هاي حرفه اي مربيان مراكز دولتي آموزش فني و حرفه اي شهر تهران دربرگيرنده ابعادي چون شايستگي اوليه (پايه‌اي)، شايستگي‌هاي ميان فردي، شايستگي‌هاي فكري – ذهني، شايستگي‌هاي اجرايي و شايستگي‌هاي اخلاقي مي‌باشند.

The purpose of this study was to present a pattern of professional competencies of trainers of public technical and vocational education centers in Tehran. In terms of purpose, the research is qualitative in terms of data, and in terms of method of conducting research, the data base is self-contained. The research population consisted of technical and vocational education specialists (who have academic and executive backgrounds in technical and vocational education) and academic professors (faculty members with research backgrounds in technical and vocational education). Purposeful sampling method was used. With 30 interviews, the researcherchr('39')s diagnosis was that the information had reached saturation point. The data collection tool was a survey of relevant national and international documents as well as a semi-structured exploratory interview. Finally, the data base and coding method was used to classify the data. About the validity of the study In addition to studying the theoretical foundations, the research method was used by the research members. The findings indicated that the pattern of professional competencies of the trainers of public technical and vocational education centers in Tehran included the following basic competencies, interpersonal competencies, intellectual-mental competencies, executive competencies, and ethical competencies
