Islamic Management: Managing Based on Divine Universal Rules Case Study: Sustenance Rule

سنت‌هاي الهي، قوانيني هستند كه خداوند بر عالم خلقت حاكم فرموده است و از طريق آنها، تدبير خود را در عالم تكوين، جاري مي‌سازد. با كشف و استخراج سنن الهي از قرآن كريم و روايات اهلبيت: و تبيين نظام حاكم بر آنها، مي‌توان به يك چارچوب شناختي هنجاري ويژه از عالم خلقت و نظام تدبير خداوند رسيد. شناخت اين سنن و احتساب آنها در حوزه‌هاي مختلف علمي، از جمله در مديريت اسلامي، مي‌تواند مفيد واقع شود. با احتساب سنن الهي در مديريت اسلامي و هماهنگ ساختن نظام تدبير بشري با نظام تدبير خداوند و طراحي حركت مبتني بر آنها، مي‌توان گفت كه مديريت اسلامي از جايگاه ممتاز و ويژه‌اي نسبت به علم مديريت رايج برخوردار خواهد شد. در اين مقاله در ابتدا به تبيين سنن الهي و ضرورت لحاظ آن در تدوين علوم انساني اسلامي، به‌ويژه مديريت اسلامي پرداخته شده است. در ادامه به طور خاص به سنت رزق به عنوان يكي از سنن الهي حاكم بر خلقت و به تأثيرات لحاظ اين سنت در علم مديريت اسلامي اشاره مي‌شود. سنت رزق از جمله سنني است كه خداوند بر عالم خلقت حاكم ساخته است و از طريق آن رزق و روزي بندگان خود را تدبير مي‌فرمايد. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله بر اساس مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي منابع موجود و تحقيق بر روي آيات قرآن كريم با استفاده از روشهاي تفسيري است.

Divine Universal Rules are the laws that God has ruled over the creation world, and through them, he directs the creation world. By discovering Divine Universal Rules, and explaining their system from the Holy Quran and Imams Speeches, we can gain a specific normative-cognitive frame of the creation world and God's guidance system. Understanding and using this Universal Rules in various scientific fields, especially in islamic management, can be useful. By using this Universal Rules in islamic management, and coordinating the human planning system with the God's guidance system and designing the movement based on them, islamic management has a more special position related to the modern management. This article at the first explains the Divine Universal Rules and its using necessity in the islamic humanities, especially islamic management. an‎d then specifically, Sustenance Rule as one of the Divine Universal Rules and its implications in islamic management is mentioned. The Sustenance Rule is one of the Rules that God has ruled over the creation world and through which he directs his sustenance's worshippers. Research methodology is based on library studies and research on Holy Quran Verses based on interpretational methodology.
