The Role of Social Changes in Developing Landscape Painting in the 17th Century Netherlands

توجه به عالم طبيعت به عنوان لذت، حظ زيبايي شناختي و كار هنري، تاريخچه اي دارد كه تبار شناسي آن ما را به فهم انواع تجارب تاريخي و انساني انباشته شده در مفاهيم طبيعت و منظره نزديك مي كند. در دوره باروك تنوع سبك ها وگرايشات به اوج خود رسيد. آن ها معمولا يك مضمون را درطول دوره اي خاص يا منطق هاي خاص ترجيح مي دادند. يكي از اين گرايشات منظره نگاري بود، كه تا قبل از آن در نقاشي ها فقط در پس زمينه استفاده مي شد، اما در سده هفدهم به صورت موضوع اصلي مورد توجه قرار گرفت. ژانر منظره در اروپا از تجربه طبيعت به عنوان يك عامل و ارزش فرهنگي برجسته، در جوامعي كه به تدريج مدرن مي شدند بيرون آمد. اين مقاله توصيفي در باب منظره نگاري قرن هفدهم در هلند و مطالعه هاي در باب ارتباط ميان"منظره" و "ارزش فرهنگي" است. مسئله اين پژوهش چرائي توجه به منظره پردازي در هلند است. اين كه چه چيزي سبب شد كه هلندي ها با انگيزه اي خاص به منظره نگاري به پردازند، سوالي است كه دراين پژوهش بدان پاسخ داده مي شود؟ هدف اين نوشتار شناخت بيشتر ژانر «منظره»در نقاشي است. در مجموع در اين نوشتار، ژانر منظره نگاري هلند از لحاظ محتوا و درون مايه تحليل مي شود. شيوه تحقيق اين مقاله كيفي بوده و روش جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي صورت پذيرفته است.

One of the issues which helps painters have a better understanding of history of art, is the history of how the artistic genres formed. In this regard, the content of a given genre and the historical setting in which it was started to form (both in terms of time and place) paly major role. The idea of urbanism growth in the 17th century Netherlands led to a gap between man and nature. In order to alleviate the effect of this regretful situation, Dutch painters started to create landscape paintings, depending on the public taste, of pristine nature of the Netherlands. What did motivate the Dutch painters to create landscape paintings is the specific question the present study tries to answer it. In fact, this research aimed to give a better understanding of landscape painting of the 17th century Netherlands and the factors affected on it. In this connection, the book Landscape into Art by Kenneth Clark(1991) has exclusively addressed the historical course of landscape painting from the Renaissance to the late 19th century introducing prominent painters of this genre. Landscape and Western Art by Malcolm Andrews(2009) is another book dealing with different visions and pictures of nature catered since the Renaissance on.
