The Role of In-Service Training Quality in Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Secondary school teachers

ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزشﻫﺎي ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷـﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﻣﻌﻠﻤـﺎن ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻨﮑﺎﺑﻦ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ – ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آن را ﻫﻤﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤـﺎن ﻣﻘﻄــﻊ ﻣﺘﻮﺳــﻄﻪ دﺧﺘﺮاﻧــﻪ و ﭘﺴــﺮاﻧﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳــﺘﺎن ﺗﻨﮑــﺎﺑﻦ در ﺳــﺎل ﺗﺤﺼــﯿﻠﯽ 1398-97 ﺗﺸــﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدادﻧــﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 207 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼـﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳـﺎده ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزشﻫﺎي ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ و رﻓﺘـﺎر ﺷـﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ و آزﻣـﻮن ﺗﻌﻘﯿﺒـﯽ ﺑﻦﻓﺮوﻧـﯽ اﻧﺠـﺎم ﺷـﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﺗﻔﺎوت ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ 45-31 ﺑﺎ 76- 91 در ﺳـﻄﺢ 0/01 ≤P و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، 60-46 ﺑﺎ 91-76 در ﺳـﻄﺢ 0/05 ≤P ﻣﻌﻨـﯽدار اﺳـﺖ و ﮐﯿﻔﯿـﺖ آﻣﻮزشﻫـﺎي ﺿـﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻨﮑﺎﺑﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ دارد.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of in-service training on citizenship behavior of teachers in Tonekabon. This study was a descriptive-correlative one whose community consisted of all the teachers in Tonekabon in the academic year of 2018-2019 for both male and female students. The sample was 207 according to Morgan table. The sampling method was simple. Data collection tool was in-service quality of education questionnaire and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc test. Findings showed that the difference between the qualities of in-service education was 45-31 with 91-76 at P ≤ 0.01 level and also, the 60-46 with 91-76 at P ≤ 0.05 level was significant and the quality of in-service training affects the organizational citizenship behavior of Tonekabon teachers
