محيط زيست، حقوق بشر و مشروعيت در روابط بين‌الملل

حقوق محيط‌زيست محصول بحران‌هاي زيست‌محيطي بعد از جنگ جهاني دوم و همچنين جريان‌هاي منتقد مدرنيته مي‌باشد. وقتي كه روابط بين‌الملل و مشروعيت مبناي پرسمان باشند، لاجرم دستيابي به مبناي جديد مشروعيت در روابط بين‌الملل يكي از ضروريات هويت سياسي- علمي مي‌شوند كه غفلت از آن در تأخر معاصرت علم سياست نسبت به علوم ديگر اجتماعي مسئله‌خيز مي‌شود. هدف از مقالۀ حاضر، شناسايي مباني جديد مشروعيت در روابط بين‌الملل است. روش تحقيق توصيفي – تحليلي و در جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از شيوۀ كتابخانه‌اي استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش حاكي از اين است كه اساس پايداري و تغيير روابط بين‌الملل مبتني بر مباني مشروعيت‌بخش آن مي‌باشد. تحول به وجود آمده در جهان معاصر در مباني مشروعيت روابط بين‌الملل تحول از حقانيت و مقبوليت به‌سوي مباني جديد است. مسئله حقوق بشر و محيط‌زيست به‌عنوان مباني جديد مشروعيت روابط بين‌الملل به‌سرعت در حال تصرف مواضع علمي در جهان سياست مي‌باشند.

Legitimacy and its key role is regarded the most obvious assumptions of political science and international politics. When the base question is the international relations and legitimacy, therefore, achieve a new basis of legitimacy in international relations becomes one of the necessities of politicalscientific identity that failing that becomes Problematic in the TranspositionContemporaneity of politics than other social sciences. The purpose of this paper is to identify new principles of legitimacy in international relations. The Researche approach descriptive-analytical and to collect information about the way of library is used. The findings suggest that the basis of sustainability and change of international relations is based on the principles of its legitimizing. Changes occurring in the contemporary world on the foundations of the legitimacy of international relations are transformation of legitimacy and acceptability to the new principles. Human rights and the environment as a new basisof the legitimacy of international relations is rapidly seizing scientific positions in world politics.
