The Study of Socio - Economic Situation of Shirvanʹs Nomads and Offering Suitable Guidelines to Their Settlement

The economic and social situation of nomads have been dramaticly changed in recent years. The progressive process of non - planned immigrations and settelmens have caused a lot of eco and social disorders in the nomad communities.On the other hand inefficient present life style of the nomads has revealed a need for a practical leads to an a applied guideline and suitable organizational pattern with regard to the socio-economic studies. Organizing the nomads will result in the preservation of natural resources more and more and/or prevents them from being destroyed. More over, there are some other forms of animal breeding which can substitute the traditional forms with much more economic justification. On the basis of the studies carried out in this research the nomad communities specially. Those in shirvan region, Due to some economic and social difficulties nomads are ready to accept the organized settlement plans. On the other hand the establishment and development of the industrial and semi industrial animal breeding units in the region, can substitute the needs of the nomads long distance migration.There exist suitable places in the region to organize the nomads and build animal breeding complexes.
