ايجاد دنياي اسلام و امت اسلامي، مرحله نهائي فرآيند تكاملي انقلاب اسلامي را به خود اختصاص داده است. از طرف ديگر، ايجاد امت اسلامي، نيازمند وحدت و همدلي مسلمين منطقه و جهان است. براين اساس يكي از مهمترين كار ويژه هاي مهم جمهوري اسلامي حركت در مسير گسترش فرهنگ تقريب و وحدت اسلامي و بسترسازي براي ايجاد امت اسلامي از اين طريق است. پرسش كانوني در اين ميان اين است كه براي ايجاد امت اسلامي، چه بايد كرد و راهكار دستيابي به آن چيست؟ مقاله حاضر تلاش مينمايد پس از تبيين چيستي فرايند تكاملي انقاب اسامي و نيز امت اسلامي و وحدت مسلمين، به تحليل نسبت سه سويه اين هر سه پرداخته و در نهايت ايجاد » الگوي صحيح به جهان اسلام « دنياي اسلام و امت اسلامي را در گرو ارائه ميداند. به همبن جهت در بخش پاياني مقاله، به اثبات ظرفيت هاي الگويي انقلاب اسلامي و ج.ا.ا براي جهان اسلام پرداخته است. اين مقاله با روش تحليلي و از طريق مطالعه كتابخانه اي، با محوريت ديدگاهها و بيانات امام خامنه اي سامان يافته است.

The creation of the world of Islam and the Islamic nation has given the final stage of the evolutionary process of the Islamic Revolution. On the other hand, the creation of the Islamic nation requires the unity and sympathy of the Muslims of the region and the whole world. Based on this, one of the most important tasks of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to move towards the expansion of the culture of Islamic approximation and unity and the establishment of an Islamic nation in this way. The central question here is what to do to create the Islamic nation, what should be done and what is the solution to create it? The present paper tries to analyze the evolutionary process of the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic nation, and the unity of Muslims, to analyze the three-way ratio of these three concepts. Finally, the creation of the Islamic world and the Islamic nation is largely dependent on the providing of a “correct pattern to the Islamic world”. Due to this reason, the final section of the paper has demonstrated the model's capacities of the Islamic Revolution and the Islamic Republic of Iran for the Islamic world. This article is organized by analytical method and through a library study, centered on the views and statements of Imam Khamenei.
