بررسي ميزان گرايش به قانون‌گريزي و رابطه آن با ميزان مشاركت اجتماعي در شهر برازجان

Investigating the Proportion of Legitimation and its Relationship with the Level of Social Participation in Borazjan

زمينه و هدف: عوامل متعددي ممكن است در قانونمند بودن افراد و يا گريز آن‌ها از موازين قانوني در جامعه تأثيرگذار باشند. هدف اين مقاله بررسي ميزان گرايش به قانون‌گريزي و رابطه آن با ميزان مشاركت اجتماعي و ميزان كنترل اجتماعي است. روش: پژوهش با روش پيمايش و در مورد ساكنان 45-18 ساله شهر برازجان انجام شده است. با استفاده از جدول لين و روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي از نوع طبقه‌اي- چند مرحله‌اي، 381 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه براي تعيين اعتبار آن از اعتبار سازه به روش تحليل عاملي و براي تعيين پايايي از همساني دروني به روش آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. نتايج و يافته ها : نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين ميزان مشاركت اجتماعي و گرايش به قانون‌گريزي رابطه معكوس و معناداري وجود دارد؛ در حالي كه بين ميزان كنترل اجتماعي و متغير وابسته رابطه معنادار وجود ندارد. بين استفاده از رسانه‌هاي جمعي و گرايش به قانون‌گريزي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين، مردان و افراد مجرد،نسبت به زنان و افراد متأهل گرايش بيشتري به قانون‌گريزي، داشته‌اند. در مجموع، متغيرهاي تحقيق، 23/4 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته را تبيين نموده‌اند.

Abstract Background and Purpose:The purpose of this article is to investigate the inclination to legislate and its relationship with the level of social participation and social control. Method: The research was carried out using a survey method in the case of residents aged 44-45 years old in Borazjan. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the construct was determined by factor analysis and used to determine the reliability of the internal consistency through Cronbach's alpha. Results and findings: The results of the research showed that there is a significant negative relationship between the level of social participation and the tendency towards the rule of law; while there is no meaningful relationship between social control and dependent variable. There is a meaningful relationship between the use of mass media and the tendency to legislate. Also, single men and women have a greater tendency towards law-making than women and married people. In sum, the research variables explained 23.4 percent of the variation of the dependent variable.
