Spatial Analysis of Stolen Crimes at Bushehr City

زمينه و هدف: مسأله‌اي كه امروزه متوليان امر امنيت با آن مواجه هستند، افزايش جرايم سرقت است. يكي از اركان مهم مديريت بهينه شهرها، تحليل فضايي جرايم شهري در سطح مناطق است. لذا هدف اين پژوهش دستيابي به چگونگي پراكندگي جراِيم و بررسي رابطه بين متغيرهاي محيطي با متغير نوع جرم، متغير زماني و نوع جرم (تحليل زماني و مكاني ارتكاب به سرقت) و شناسايي مناطق جرم‌خيز در شهر بوشهر است. روش: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي- تحليلي و همبستگي است. محدوده مورد پژوهش شهر بوشهر در استان كردستان است. داده‌ها و اطلاعات از روش اسنادي-كتابخانه‌اي گردآوري ‌شده است و براي تجزيه ‌و تحليل آن‌ها از روش‌هاي آماري از قبيل ضريب همبستگي در نرم‌افزار SPSS (براي به دست آوردن رابطه ميزان جرم و زمان و مكان در شهر بوشهر ) و سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي GIS (براي نشان دادن توزيع و پراكندگي جرايم در سطح شهر) استفاده‌ شده است. يافته ها و نتايج : نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه بيشترين نوع جرم از ميان جرايم سرقت صورت گرفته مربوط به جرم سرقت موتورسيكلت به ميزان 29/48 درصد از كل جرايم بوده است. بيشترين تعداد جرايم سرقت نيز در محدوده خيابان‌هاي اصلي شهر به وقوع پيوسته است و الگوي توزيع و پراكندگي جرايم نيز از زمان، مكان و فصول سال تبعيت مي‌كند به اين معني كه با روند تغيير ساعت در طول شبانه‌روز نوع جرم سرقت نيز تغييريافته به‌ طوري‌كه در ساعات روشنايي روز (از ساعت 6 صبح تا 18 عصر) بيشترين جرايم مربوط به سرقت موتورسيكلت و در زمان تاريكي (از ساعت 18 عصر الي 6 بامداد) جرايم سرقت مربوط به منزل و ماشين بيشتر اتفاق افتاده است. همچنين بين موقع مكاني جرم با ميزان وقوع آن رابطه معناداري وجود دارد به اين صورت كه در فضاهاي مسكوني بيشترين جرم مربوط به سرقت منازل و در خيابان و ميدان‌ها شلوغ شهري سرقت از نوع موتور است و نوع سرقت با فصل وقوع رابطه معناداري وجود دارد به‌طوري در سه فصل اول سال بيشترين سرقت مربوط به موتورسيكلت است.

Background: The problem that today's custodians are facing is the increase in theft of crime. An important element of optimal city management is the spatial analysis of urban crime at the district level. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to achieve the distribution of crime and to investigate the relationship between environmental variables with the variable of type of crime, time variable and type of crime (temporal and spatial analysis of committing theft) and identification of crime areas in Bushehr city. Research method: This research is a descriptive-analytical and correlational one. The research area is Bushehr in Kurdistan province. Data and information was collected by documentary-library method and analyzed by statistical methods such as correlation coefficient in SPSS software (to obtain the ratio of crime rate, time and place in Bushehr city) and GIS (for GIS) Showing the distribution and distribution of crime at the city level). Conclusion: The results show that the highest number of offenses involved in the theft of motorcycles was 29.48% of total crimes. The highest number of theft crimes also occurred in the main streets of the city and the pattern of distribution and dispersion of crimes follows from time, place and season, which means that with the change in the clock during the night, the type of crime of theft has also been changed, so that at hours Daylight Day (from 6am to 6pm) The biggest crimes related to motorcycle theft and in the time of darkness (from 18:00 to 6:00 am), theft of property related to home and car more occurred. Also, there is a significant relationship between the location of crime and the rate of occurrence of the crime. In the residential areas, the highest crime rate is related to the theft of houses and in the streets and squares of the city there is a theft type of motor, and the type of theft has a significant relationship with the season of occurrence, as in The first three seasons of the year are the most common motorcycle theft.
