چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با اهداف بررسي عوامل موثر بر توسعه جلب مشاركت عمومي مردم در راستاي ظرفيت هاي خيرين امنيت ساز براي تحول در كوپ استان بوشهر در سال 1397 انجام گرفته است.
روش تحقيق: در بخش بررسي عوامل، تحقيق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، تحقيقي كاربردي و به لحاظ روش، تحقيقي توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است كه جامعه آماري آن شامل كليه ساكنان بالاي 15 سال استان بوشهر بوده كه از بين آنها تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گرديد.
نتايج و يافته ها: به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از شاخص هاي آمار توصيفي، آزمون تي و تحليل واريانس استفاده شد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه بين گرايش شهروندان به عنوان خيرين امنيت ساز به مشاركت با محل سكونت، سابقه همكاري، ميزان اعتماد آنان به پليس، ميزان آگاهي و ميزان رضايت آنان از عملكرد پليس، ميزان علاقمندي آنان به مقوله امنيت و ميزان باورهاي ديني آنان رابطه مثبت و معنادار و با سطح تحصيلات آنها رابطه منفي و معناداري وجود دارد. به علاوه، بين گرايش شهروندان به مشاركت با سن، جنسيت، وضعيت تأهل، وضعيت شغلي و ميزان درآمد آنها رابطه‌اي وجود ندارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: The present study was conducted with the purpose of studying the factors affecting the development of public participation in the public sector in line with the capacity of the security guards for change in Bushehr province in 2013.
Research method: In the study of factors, the present study was applied in terms of purpose, applied research, and a descriptive study of survey type that included all residents over 15 years old in Bushehr province, among which 384 people were sampled selected.
Results and findings: To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA were used. The findings of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between the tendency of citizens as security guards to share with their places of residence, their cooperation history, their trust in the police, their level of knowledge and their satisfaction with police performance, their level of interest in the category of security and their religious beliefs There is a positive and significant relationship between them and their level of education has a negative and significant relationship. In addition, there is no relation between the tendency of citizens to participate with age, gender, marital status, job status and income.
