چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: با توجه به شيوع حوادث، سوانح، مرگ و مير، نقص عضو و سوء مصرف مواد در ايران و با توجه به اهميت موضوع، اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين عوامل مستعدكننده وآسيبهاي ناشي از تصادفات با موتورسيكلت در شهرستان دشتستان انجام شد.
روش تحقيق: در اين مطالعه توصيفي- مقطعي تمامي مراجعه‌كنندگان راكب و سرنشين موتور سيكلت كه به دليل تصادف به بيمارستان امدادي شهيد كامياب دشتستان مراجعه كردند، مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه مورد استفاده كه با استفاده از آخرين مقالات اينترنتي و اطلاعات كتابخانه‌اي و نيز اطلاعات مأمورين راهنمايي و رانندگي و نوع آسيبهاي وارده تهيه شده بود، پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي، توسط پرسشگران به روش مصاحبه، مشاهده و ثبت اطلاعات از پرونده تكميل گرديد. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS و آزمونهاي t، آناليز واريانس يك طرفه و Chi-Square در سطح معني‌داري P≤ 0/05 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند.
نتيجه گيري و يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد: نتايج اين تحقيق، آمار تصادفات موتورسيكلت و وسعت و شدّت آسيبهاي ناشي از آن چشمگير و قابل تأمل است. غني‌سازي فرهنگي، ارتقاي سطح آگاهي، رشد اجتماعي، اقتصادي، امكانات تفريحي، انجام فعاليتهاي پيشگيري در جهت كاهش تقاضا و كنترل دقيق شهرها و وضع قوانين جديد در خصوص ورود هر گونه مواد افيوني، مشروبات الكلي و سيگار از جمله راهكارهايي براي كاهش رواج مصرف اين گونه مواد در بين جوانان مي‌باشد.

Background and Aim: Due to the prevalence of accidents, accidents, mortality, organ defects and substance abuse in Iran, and considering the importance of the subject, this study was conducted to determine the predisposing factors and injuries caused by motorcycle accidents in Dashtestan.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, all returnees and motorcyclists who were referred to Shahid Kamiyab Dashtestan Relief Hospital due to an accident were examined. significant level of P≤0.05.
Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the number of motorcycle crashes and the extent and severity of injuries are significant. Opioid, alcoholic beverages and cigarettes were commonly used in research units, which could be the most important factors in accidents. On the other hand, special training courses, compulsory driving and driving regulations, clear rules for driving with motorcycles, the obligatory use of all protective equipment and the obligation of manufacturers of motor vehicles to provide the optimal means of protecting and organizing improper road conditions, It can play an important role in reducing the number of traffic accidents; also, cultural enrichment, awareness raising, social and economic development, recreational facilities, preventive measures to reduce demand and precise control of cities, and the introduction of new laws on the incidence of opiates , and alcoholic drinks Smoking is one of the ways to reduce the prevalence of such substances among young people.
