چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: جهاني شدن و گسترش فزاينده‌ي فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات، كه از آن به عنوان «جامعه شبكه‌اي» ياد مي‌شود، به تحول و دگرگوني در ابعاد مختلف امنيتي، سياسي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي منجر شده است. در شرايط جديد، چگونگي تأمين منافع ملي ايران، تا حدود زيادي نيازمند شناخت فرايندهاي جهاني شدن و تعامل هدفمند با بازيگران جامعه بين‌الملل است. به دليل ارزشي بودن مفهوم منافع ملي در سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران، با مفروض گرفتن مباني نظريه سازه‌انگاري و نقشي كه اين نظريه بر هنجارها و ارزش‌ها و هويت‌هاي مختلف در به وجود آمدن منافع قائل است، سعي گرديده تا منافع ملي و تأثير فضاي سايبر بر آن را از منظر سازه‌انگاري و نيز رهيافت الكساندر ونت مورد بررسي قرار دهيم.
روش تحقيق: اين پژوهش از نوع كتابخانه اي بوده و روش گرد آوري اطلاعات از طريق فيش برداري و جمع آوري اطلاعات كتب ، رساله ها و تحقيقات موجود بوده است.
نتايج و يافته‌هاي تحقيق: فرضيه مقاله حاضر بر آن است فضاي سايبري با توجه به فرامرزي بودن آن علاوه بر آثار مثبتي همچون دسترسي سريع به اطلاعات و ارتباط با جامعه جهاني، تأثيراتي بر امنيت و فرهنگ و هويت ما داشته است؛ و علاوه بر تهديدات امنيتي، سعي در روند غربي كردن (گرايش به غرب)، و تغيير فرهنگ و هويت ما داشته است، يا به عبارتي با توجه به تأثيري كه فضاي سايبري ايجاد مي‌كند، تعاملات گسترده است .
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: The globalization and increasing development of information and communication technologies, which is referred to as the "network society", has led to change and transformation in various security, political, social and cultural dimensions. In cyberspace, there is a category called soft warfare that has created security threats against the national interests of countries. This network can be considered as a threat or an opportunity for countries. In the new situation, how to ensure Iran's national interests, to a large extent, requires understanding the processes of globalization and purposeful interaction with the actors of the international community.
Research Method: This research is a library type and the method of collecting information was through taking notes, and collecting information from existing books, treatises and researches.
Results and Findings: The hypothesis of the present article is that cyberspace, due to its cross-border nature, in addition to positive effects such as rapid access to information and communication with the global community, has had effects on our security, culture and identity; and in addition to security threats, it has tried to westernize (orient to the West), and change our culture and identity, or in other words, given the impact that cyberspace has, interactions are widespread, and creating extensive interactions can lead to change. Be it culture and identity, by changing it, our national interests also change.
