بررسي تأثير پذيري تربيتي كانون اصلاح و تربيت در احياء كودكان و نوجوانان معارض با قانون

Investigating the effect of relative deprivation on the incidence of crimes in the suburbs of Bushehr

زمينه و هدف: كانون اصلاح و تربيت امروزه به عنوان يكي از احكام قضايي است كه مورد استقبال قضات در ارتباط با جرائم اطفال و نوجوانان معارض با قانون است و محيط مناسبي براي نوجوانان نسبت به زندان فراهم كرده است هدف كلي از اين پژوهش «بررسي تأثير پذيري تربيتي كانون اصلاح و تربيت در احياء كودكان و نوجوانان معارض با قانون مي باشد . روش تحقيق: جامعه آماري پژوهش، 100 نفر از كساني بود سابقه حضور در كانون اصلاح و تربيت را داشته‌اند. جهت سنجش ابعاد مختلف تأثير تربيتي كانون از در اين مطالعه جهت جمع‌آوري و داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه مادسيچ تركيبي براي سنجش بزهكاري و اثر تربيتي محيط كانون اصلاح و تربيت استفاده شد.. پرسشنامه‌ي بزهكاري مادسيج داراي چند فرم است كه در اين پژوهش عامل (برنامه مذهبي، برنامه تفريحي ورزشي، برنامه مشاوره‌اي، برنامه بهداشتي-درماني) را مي‌سنجد استفاده شد. نتايج و يافته‌هاي تحقيق: الفاي كرونباخ اين پژوهش 89% درصد برآورد شده است اجراي برنامه مذهبي و اجراي برنامه‌هاي مشاوره‌اي و مددكاري برنامه‌هاي تفريحي ورزشي متغيرهايي بودند كه بيشترين سهم را در ميزان تغييرات متغير وابسته بازپروري كودكان و نوجوانان معارض با قانون داشتند. ولي اجراي برنامه بهداشتي درماني تأثيري بر بازپروري كودكان و نوجوانان معارض با قانون نداشت.

Background and Aim: Today, the Correctional Center is one of the judicial rulings that is welcomed by judges in connection with juvenile delinquency and provides a suitable environment for juveniles in prison. Educational acceptability is the center of correction and education in the revival of children and adolescents contrary to the law. Methods: The statistical population of the study was 100 people who had a history of attending the correctional center. In order to measure the different dimensions of the educational effect of the center, in this study, two combined Madsich questionnaires were used to collect data and measure the delinquency and educational effect of the correctional center environment. The implementation of religious programs and the implementation of counseling and assistance programs of sports recreation programs were the variables that had the largest share in the rate of change in the dependent variable of children and adolescents. However, the implementation of the health care program had no effect on the rehabilitation of children and adolescents who violated the law.
