تبيين نظرات مقام معظم رهبري پيرامون نفوذ دشمن در نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Explaining the Point of Views of the Supreme Leader on Enemy Infiltration in the Police Forces of Islamic Republic of Iran

در دوران كنوني، دشمن با نااميدي از به ثمر رسيدن راهبرد نظامي، به دنبال راه‌هاي نفوذ و استفاده از ابزارهاي ديگري است كه به‌ جاي جسم، ذهن، روح، مباني عقيدتي، فكري و فرهنگي مردم مسلمان ايران به خصوص نسل جوان و فرهيخته را هدف قرار دهد تا بتواند با صرف هزينههاي كمتر، بهتر و آسان‌تر به اهداف خود برسد. در اين مورد نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران كه يكي از ارگانهاي مهم نظام است؛ همان گونه كه رهبري فرموده اند: يكي از اهداف نفوذ دشمن است. پس در اين خصوص لازم است كه براي مقابله با اين برنامه دشمن با بهره گيري از بيانات مقام معظم رهبري در مورد نفوذ، راه كارهاي عملي را به منظور مقابله با پروژه نفوذ در نيروي انتظامي ارائه و اجرايي نماييم. از اين رو هدف اصلي اين پژوهش تبيين سخنان رهبري در خصوص نفوذ دشمن و ارتباط آنها با نيروي انتظامي است. روش پژوهش تحليل محتوا است. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش تقسيم بندي نفوذ دشمن از ديد رهبري به چهار بعد نفوذ امنيتي، نفوذ سياسي، نفوذ اقتصادي و نفوذ فكري-فرهنگي است. ارتباط اين چهار بعد نفوذ با مأموريتها و ساختارهاي نيروي انتظامي مورد بررسي و تبيين قرار گرفته است.

In the current era, the enemy is disappointed with the achievement of a military strategy, seeking ways of penetrating and using other means instead of the body, mind, soul, ideological, intellectual and cultural foundations of the Iranian Muslim people, especially the young and cultured generation to achieve its goals better and more easily at a lower cost. In this case, the Police Forces of Islamic Republic of Iran, which is one of the main organs of the system (Nezam), (as the Supreme Leader said), is considered as one of the targets of the enemy infiltration. Therefore, in order to deal with this enemy program, it is necessary to use and apply the Supreme Leader's statement on infiltration, to put forward and implement practical measurements to counteract the infiltration project in Police forces. Hence, the main purpose of this study was to explain the leadership's statements about the infiltration of the enemy and their relationship with the police. The research method was content analysis one. The results of this study categorized the enemy's infiltration from the perspective of leadership into four dimensions of security infiltration, political infiltration, economic infiltration and intellectual-cultural infiltration. The relationship of these four dimensions of infiltration with police forces' missions and structures has been investigated and explained.
