بررسي رابطه شيوه‌هاي كشف جرايم اقتصادي با تاكيد بر زمين خواري (مورد مطالعه استان چهارمحال و بختياري)

The Relationship among the Methods of Economic Offences Exposure with Emphasis on Land Speculation (Case Study: Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari Province)

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي شيوه هاي كشف جرايم اقتصادي با تاكيد بر زمين خواري در استان چهارمحال و بختياري و به روش همبستگي – پيمايشي انجام گرديد. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل تمامي كاركنان پليس آگاهي استان بوده كه يك نمونه 105 نفري بوسيله آزمون كوكران و به صورت تصادفي ساده از بين آنها انتخاب گرديد. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 37 گويه استفاده و براي سنجش روايي آن از نظر متخصصان و كارشناسان استفاده و روايي مقياس تاييد گرديد. در بررسي پايايي پرسشنامه با آزمون الفاي كرونباخ ميزان پايايي آن 0/835 محاسبه گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss و آزمونهاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده گرديد. يافته ها نشان داد در بررسي فرضيه كلي پژوهش بين اقدامات پليسي و كشف زمين خواري با مقدار همبستگي 0.560 رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. همچنين بين اقدامات اطلاعاتي و كشف جرايم زمين خواري با ضريب 0.539، بين اقدامات انتظامي و كشف جرايم زمين خواري با ضريب 0.411 و بين اقدامات كاراگاهي و كشف جرايم زمين خواري با ضريب همبستگي 0.730 ارتباط مثبت وجود دارد. در بررسي معادله رگرسيوني متغييرهاي مستقل نيز اقدامات كارآگاهي بيشترين قدرت پيش بيني كشف جرايم زمين‌خواري را دارد. نتايج نشان داد با تقويت اقدامات كاراگاهي، اقدامات اطلاعاتي و انتظامي ميتوان شاهد پيشگيري و كشف جرايم زمين خواري در استان چهارمحال و بختياري بود.

This research aimed to the study of the methods of economic offences exposure with emphasis on the land speculation in Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province. The method of this research was a descriptive-survey one. The statistical society of the study consisted of all of the personnel of police criminal investigation department of the Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province in which a sample consisted of 105 peoples were selected randomly by Cochran test. A self-made questionnaire having 37 items was used to gather the data, also the viewpoints of experts and specialists were used to measure its validity, and then the validity of the criterion was confirmed. In examining the validity of questionnaire, its validity rate was calculated (0/835) by Cronbach's Alpha test. The data were analyzed by SPSS software and referential and descriptive tests. The result of this study showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between police actions and exposure of land speculation in examining the general hypothesis with the correlation of 0/560. Also, there was a positive relationship between intelligence actions and the exposure of land speculation crime with correlation coefficient 0/539, between police actions and the exposure of land speculation crime with correlation coefficient 0/730. By examining the regression equation of independent variables, it was indicated that detective actions possessed the best anticipations about the exposure of land speculation. The result showed that the prevention and the exposure of land speculation crimes can be achieved by strengthening the detective, intelligence and police actions.
