بررسي تاثير اجراي طرح هاي ارتقاء امنيت اجتماعي بر احساس امنيت شهروندان در سال 1395 (مطالعه موردي شهرستان شهركرد)

The Effect of the Implementation of Social Security Promotion Plans on Security Feeling of Citizens in 1395 Year (Case Study: Shahr-e-Kord County)

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي تاثير اجراي طرحهاي ارتقاء امنيت اجتماعي بر احساس امنيت شهروندان شهرستان شهركرد مي باشد. روش انجام اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي-پيمايشي ميباشد و همچنين از اين جهت كه به دنبال بررسي رابطه بين دو متغير مي باشيم روش تحقيق از نوع همبستگي نيز ميباشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش، شهروندان شهرستان شهركرد به تعداد 315980 نفر ميباشند و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فورمول كوكران 385 نفر و به صورت تصادفي ساده تعيين گرديد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته احساس امنيت و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طرحهاي ارتقاء امنيت اجتماعي ميباشد. مقدار ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه احساس امنيت و طرحهاي ارتقاء امنيت اجتماعي به ترتيب 0/91 و 0/74 بدست آمده كه حاكي از پايايي قابل قبولي ميباشد. بررسي استنباطي داده ها حاكي از موثر بودن طرحها بر احساس امنيت جاني و مالي بوده است. همچنين آزمون معادلات ساختاري نشان مي دهد كه از ميان خرده مقياس هاي احساس امنيت، طرحهاي ارتقاء امنيت بيشترين تاثير را بر احساس امنيت مالي و احساس امنيت جاني داشته است. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق و موثر بودن اجراي طرحهاي ارتقاء امنيت اجتماعي بر احساس امنيت شهروندان به نظر ميرسد كه بهتر است نهادهاي انتظامي و قضايي براي مقابله با جرايم و بزههاي مالي و اقتصادي، تلاش مضاعفي در جهت پياده كردن مصاديق اين طرح داشته باشند.

The main aim of the present research was the study of the effect of the implementation of social security promotion plans on security feeling of citizens in Shahr-e-Kord County. The method of the study was a descriptive-survey one and the method of conducting was an applied one. As we were looking for examining the relationship between two variables, the research methodology was a correlation one. The statistical society of the study consisted of 315980 citizens of Shahr-e-Kord County and the sample size by using Cochrane Formula determined 385 citizens randomly. The gathering data tools in the present study included a security feeling self-made questionnaire as well as, a social security promotion plans self-made questionnaire. The obtained rate of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for security feeling questionnaire and social security promotion plans questionnaire were 0/91 and 0/74 respectively, which indicated an acceptable validity. The inferential study of the data indicates the effectiveness of the plans in human and financial security cases. Also, the Structural Equation Modeling showed that among the subscales of security feelings, social security promotion plans had the greatest impact on human and financial security feelings. By considering the results of the study and the effectiveness of the implementation of social security promotion plans on security feeling of citizens, it takes extra effort of judiciary and law enforcement agencies to implement the extensions of this plan in order to take actions against financial and economic crimes.
