چكيده فارسي :
امنيت از مهم‌ترين، حياتي‌ترين و شايع‌ترين موضوعاتي است كه از حساسيت و پيچيدگي خاصي برخوردار بوده و مقام معظم رهبري به امنيت، نگاهي كلان‌نگر و عميق دارد و آن را در ابعاد مختلف سياسي، فرهنگي، اخلاقي و اقتصادي... بيان نموده است. رهبري، امنيت اجتماعي را يك نعمت بزرگ و يك نياز اجتماعي مي‌داند كه مردم در سايه آن به آرامش و آسودگي خاطر به كسب كار و فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي و انجام امور خصوصي خويش اهتمام مي‌ورزند.
مقام معظم رهبري رواج موادمخدر، اعتياد، بيكاري، عدم اشتغال و همچنين سياست‌بازي‌هاي جاه طلبانه و غيرمسئولانه را از عوامل ناامني ميدانند. مقابله با ناامني و حفظ امنيت اجتماعي، حفظ حرمت جان و مال مردم، جزء جدي‌ترين مسايل هر جامعه است. مهم‌ترين شاخص‌هاي برقراي امنيت اجتماعي, استقرار عدالت اجتماعي، امنيت شغلي، نظارت عمومي، مبارزه با مفاسد اجتماعي مي باشد. در اين مقاله ديدگاه مقام رهبري در خصوص الگوي عملياتي نظام خدماتي پليس را كه غالباً برقراري امنيت اجتماعي است, ارائه شده است.

Security is one of the most important, most critical and most common issues of particular sensitivity and complexity, and the Supreme Leader has a security, hegemonic, deep look, and expressed it in various dimensions of politics, culture, morality and economics. Leadership sees social security as a great blessing and a social need that, in the eyes of the people, they are eager to work and do social work and do their own private affairs. The Supreme Leader considers drug trafficking, addiction, unemployment, unemployment, and ambitious and irresponsible politics as insecurity. Confronting insecurity and maintaining social security, preserving the dignity of people's lives and property is one of the most serious issues of every society. The most important indicators of establishing social security are the establishment of social justice, job security, public oversight, and the fight against social corruption. This article presents the leadership's view of the operational pattern of the police service system, which is often the establishment of social security.
