چكيده فارسي :
تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي پليس افتخاري و نظم و امنيت عمومي مي باشد و اهميت آن به دليل جايگاه نيروي انتظامي در برقراري نظم و امنيت اجتماعي است و افرادي كه به نوعي با پليس همراهي مي كنند تا در جلوگيري از ناهنجاري و بي نظمي كمك كنند در پيشبرد برنامه هاي پليس سهيم هستند .
روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي و تحليلي مي باشد همچنين نتايج حاصله از اين تحقيق بيانگر اين است كه امنيت عمومي يك توليد اجتماعي است كه بخش عمده اي از آن از طريق احساس مسئوليت و مشاركت جامعه قابل حصول است. بهره گيري از توان مردم و استفاده از ظرفيت هاي آنان در توسعه امنيت داخلي همواره مورد تأكيد بوده است. در اين راستا نيروي انتظامي با ايجاد پليس افتخاري اقدام به اجرايي نمودن مشاركت مردمي در حوزه امنيت نموده است. در تبيين اين موضوع طرح پرسش هايي به نظر رسيد. پرسش هاي ياد شده چارچوب كلي پژوهش حاضر را تشكيل مي دهد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش، اجراي طرح پليس افتخاري درنيروي انتظامي با رضايت مندي همراه بوده و اين مسئله را در پيشبرد اهداف سازمان و مأموريت هاي نيروي انتظامي تأثيرگذار تلقي شده و استمرار آن موجب ارتقاء سطح نظم و امنيت خواهد بود.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study aims to investigate the honorary police and public order and security, and its importance is due to the position of the law enforcement force in the establishment of social order and security, and those who accompany the police in some way to help prevent anomalies and disorder. The research is conducted in a descriptive and analytical manner. The results of this study also indicate that public safety is a social production, most of which can be achieved through the sense of responsibility and community participation. The use of people's capabilities and the use of their capacities in the development of domestic security has always been emphasized. In this regard, with the creation of an honorary police, the police have begun to implement a public participation in the security field. In order to explain this issue, questions appeared. The above questions form the general framework of the present study. The results of the research, the implementation of the honorary police plan in the police field with satisfaction, is considered to be effective in advancing the goals of the organization and the law enforcement missions, and its continuation will promote the level of order and security
