بررسي چرايي ارتكاب سرقت‌هاي خشن منازل توسط سارقان در حوزه استحفاظي فرماندهي انتظامي ويژه غرب استان تهران

سرقت از منزل را مي‌توان يكي از شديدترين جرايم تلقي كرد؛ زيرا علاوه‌ بر اين‌كه يكي از شايع‌ترين رفتارهاي مجرمانه است، نوعي تجاوز به عنف بوده كه به احساس امنيت عمومي، آرامش ذهني و سلامت افراد نيز آسيب مي‌رساند. بروز سرقت‌هاي خشن و به‌خصوص سرقت از منازل با تخريب اموال تأثير بسيار بدي در سطح جامعه داشته و بسياري از زحمات شبانه‌روزي كاركنان زحمت‌كش نيروي انتظامي را كم‌رنگ جلوه مي‌دهد. محدوده استحفاظي فرماندهي انتظامي ويژه غرب استان تهران و به‌ويژه مركزيت آن يعني شهرستان شهريار كه اگر بخواهيم دقيق‌تر بگوييم بخش مركزي شهريار و شهر انديشه همواره قرباني سرقت سارقان منازل بوده‌اند. حال با توجه به مطالب فوق محققان به دنبال پاسخ‌گويي به اين سؤال هستند كه ارتكاب سرقت‌هاي خشن منازل توسط سارقان در محدوده فرماندهي انتظامي ويژه غرب استان تهران معلول چه عللي است؟ در بررسي پرونده‌هاي سرقت منزل بازه زماني 10 ماهه اول سال 93، مشخص شد كه حدود 40 درصد سرقت‌هاي فوق توسط سارقان سابقه‌دار و بيكار انجام شده است.

The incidence of violent theft and burglary with destruction of property has a very bad impact on society and downplays efforts of many police personnel services. West of Tehran Police jurisdictions and specially its central part of Shahriar and Andisheh always are victims of house burglaries. According to the above, the researchers are looking for to answer the questions that what are reasons for committing violent robberies of houses by burglars in the West of Tehran Province's Police jurisdiction? In review of house robbery cases in the period of first 10 months of 1393, it was revealed that about 40 percent of robberies are committed by Koohdashti Burglars. The study on Statistical Center of Iran and the governor of Lorestan province data showed the highest unemployment rate in the whole country and city Koohdasht the least developed city of the province. Therefore, in response to the survey questions we can say that the main causes of burglary by looters are unemployment and lack of development in the Lorestan province and Koohdasht city.
