چكيده فارسي :
امروزه كشورهايي چون كانادا، آمريكا، ژاپن و ساير كشورهاي پيشرفته كه بحث پيش‌گيري از جرم را به صورت جدي پي مي گيرند به اين نتيجه رسيده اند كه پيش‌گيري اجتماعي از جرم رويكرد بسيار مناسب، كارآمد و مقرون به صرفه تر از ساير روش هاي پيش‌گيري است. مطالعات جرم شناختي و پيش‌گيري از جرم نيز ساليان سال است كه اهميت رويكردهاي اجتماعي و توسعه مدار را با جديت بيشتري پيگيري مي‌نمايند. از لازمه هاي پرداختن به اين رويكرد فراهم آوردن دانش نظري لازم و توجه به ابعاد مفهومي پيش‌گيري هاي اجتماعي است. مسئله اصلي در اين مقاله ارائة يك تعريف كلي از مفهوم پيش‌گيري اجتماعي، تعيين گونه‌هاي آن، و نيز بسط مفهومي انواع نظريه هاي پيرامون اين موضوع است. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش مطالعه كتابخانه اي و اسنادي انجام شده است؛ يافته هاي اين پژوهش در دو قالب كلي پيش‌گيري هاي اجتماعي رشدمدار و پيش‌گيري هاي اجتماعي جامعه مدار ارائه شده است.

Today, Countries such as Canada, united states, Japan and other developed countries who seriously follow the discourse of crime prevention, have come to this conclusion that social prevention of crime is a more suitable, effective and economic approach in contrast with other methods. The studies in the field of criminology and crime prevention have many years been following the importance of social and development-based approaches with more seriousity. From among the necessities of considering this approach is the supply of needed theorist knowledge and considering the conceptual dimensions of social preventions. The main issue in this article is to provide a basic definition of the concept of social prevention, clarifying its aspects and kinds, and also the conceptual development of different theories around this issue. Present article through library and documentary studies; moreover, in order to reinforce the discussions we have interviewed deeply with two ones of professionals in the field of criminology and crime prevention with the subject of social and cultural preventions. Research findings have been presented in two basic forms of growth-centered social preventions and community-centered social preventions.
