چكيده فارسي :
وجود تنوع در تعاريف امنيت اجتماعي و تهديدهاي آن، بيانگر عدم وفاق درباره‌ي اين موضوع است كه بخشي از آن ناشي از تأثيرپذيري اين ديدگاه‌ها از شرايط اجتماعي كشورهاي مورد بررسي است. بنابراين گرچه توجه به ديدگاه‌هاي ديگران در پژوهشي علمي سودمند است، ليكن براي كاربردي بودن آنها بايد شرايط كشور و آراي انديشمندان داخلي و نگاهي بومي را مورد توجه قرارداد. در پژوهش حاضر بر مبناي اين تفكر، ديدگاه يكي از متفكران مسلمان ايراني يعني حضرت آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي درباره ي تهديدهاي امنيت اجتماعي (كه بسيار تحت تأثير وضعيت بومي كشور است (مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي اين كار از روش كيفي و ابزار تحليل محتوا استفاده گرديد. در فرايند پژوهش به همه سخنان مقام معظم رهبري از آغاز ولايت يعني سال 1368 تا 1390 مراجعه شد و تهديدها استخراج و دسته بندي شد و در نهايت، نتايج به تأييد 36 نفر از نخبگان نظامي و امنيتي كشور رسيد. بر اساس نتايج بررسي، تهديدهاي امنيت اجتماعي در ايران از ديدگاه رهبر شامل ايجاد فتنه و آشوب، تهديد و ارعاب، تبليغات سوء دشمنان، ايجاد شبهه در عقايد جوانان، ايجاد تفرقه‌ي مذهبي، دخالت دشمنان در امور داخلي كشور، فساد اخلاقي و مالي، تفرقه‌ي قومي، قانون‌شكني، ناامني محيط اجتماعي، شيوع مواد مخدر و اعتياد در جامعه و عدم اشتغال جوانان است.

The existence of diversity in definitions of social security and its threats reflects a lack of understanding about this issue, partly due to the impact of these views on the social conditions of the countries under study. Therefore, while paying attention to the views of others in scientific research, it is necessary to consider the conditions of the country and the opinions of the local thinkers and the native view for their applicability. In the present study, based on this thinking, the views of one of the Muslim thinkers of Iran, namely, Ayatollah Khamenei, were examined about the threats to social security (which is very much influenced by the indigenous status of the country). Qualitative method and content analysis tool were used for this purpose. In the process of research, all the words of the Supreme Leader came from the beginning of the province, from 1368 to 1390, and the threats were extracted and classified. Finally, the results were confirmed by 36 military and security elites. According to the results of this study, the threats to social security in Iran from the leader's perspective include creating sedition and chaos, threats and intimidation, propaganda against enemies, raising doubts about youth beliefs, creating religious divisions, interfering with enemies in the internal affairs of the country, moral and financial corruption, divisions Ethnic, offending, social insecurity, drug use and drug addiction in the community, and youth unemployment.
