امنيت اجتماعي، اقتصادي و چالش‌هاي پيش رو با تكيه بر كارآفريني

Social and economic security by relying on entrepreneurship

موضوع توليد ملي، حمايت از كار و سرمايه ايراني را مي‌توان مانند ساير موضوعات مانند: جهاد اقتصادي، نوآوري و شكوفايي، اصلاح الگوي مصرف، همت مضاعف و كار مضاعف كه بر شروع و استمرار آن در حوزه‌هاي نظري و عملي تاكيد مي‌شود . امروزه امنيت به مفهوم كلي آن به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين محرك و موتور توسعه يافتگي، از مباحث بسيار مهم و حساس جوامع بشري است كه بعدِ اقتصادي آن در برنامه‌هاي اقتصادي كشورها مورد توجه جدي قرار دارد. امنيت اقتصادي به معناي ايجاد احساس اطمينان، امنيت و آرامش در دسترسي به عوامل توسعه اقتصادي كشورهاست. امنيت اشتغال و درآمد به‌عنوان يكي از جنبه‌هاي امنيت اقتصادي، به معناي حذف همه فشارهاي جانبي غيراصولي در جامعه در مسير اشتغال و كسب درآمد، براي دستيابي به سطح متوسط رفاه اقتصادي افراد آن جامعه است كه سبب افزايش امنيت عمومي خواهد شد. بنابراين بهبود وضعيت اقتصادي، كه امروزه از طريق كارآفريني (پلي كه نوآوري را به شكوفايي تبديل مي‌كند) مورد توجه دولت ها قرار گرفته است. در اين مقاله، پس از استخراج نيازهاي انساني با توجه به نگرش مديريتي جهت درك از اهميت امنيت در زندگي انسان ها، سپس در مورد نقش مؤثر كارآفريني را در ايجاد و توسعه كسب و كارهاي كارآفرينانه و يا به تعبيري بنگاه‌هاي اقتصادي زودبازده نوآورانه كه بستر و زمينه توليد و پيشرفت اقتصادي است و به تبع آن توليد ملي حمايت از كار و سرمايه ايراني را محقق مي‌كند مورد بررسي قرار داده، جهت بهبود امنيت اجتماعي و اقتصادي اشاره مي‌گردد.

National production issue protecting Iranian work and capital it can be like other topics like economic jihad,innovation and prosperity modify consumption patterns double effort and double work which is its start and its continuation it is emphasized in theoretical and practical fields today security is in its general sense as the most important stimulus and engine development it is one of the most important and critical topics for human societies which is bad for the economy in countries serious consideration economic security means creating a sense of security and tranquility access to the economic development of countries employment security and income security as one aspect of economic security it means eliminating all unconventional side effects in society on the path to employment and earning money to achieve the average level of economic well-being of those people it will increase the security of the public therefore improving the economic situation that today is through entrepreneurship (the bridge that makes innovation flourish) has attracted the attention of governments in this paper after extracting human needs with respect to managerial attitude to understand the importance of security in human life then about the effective role of entrepreneurship in the creation and development of entrepreneurial businesses or in the words of innovative early-stage economic enterprises which is the basis of production and economic progress and consequently the national production of support for Iranian labor and capital it is considered to improve social and economic safety.
