Scientific and preventive investigators from the financial crimes committed by NAJA staff

از جمله معضلاتي كه بشر همواره با آن مواجه بوده، مسئله جرم و گرايش افراد به جرايم است. اين تحقيق به شناسايي راهكارهاي علمي و پيشگيرانه از ارتكاب جرائم مالي كاركنان ف.ا ويژه شرق استان تهران از سال 1392 تا 1396 پرداخته است. با توجه به گستردگي مأموريت هاي محوّله ناجا، كليّه كاركنان به خصوص كاركنان پليسهاي تخصصي و كوپ ها درمعرض آسيب ها و تهديدات فراوان از جمله جرائم مالي قرار دارند. در اين پژوهش راهكارهاي علمي و پيشگيرانه از ارتكاب جرايم مالي كاركنان طرح و سپس براي تدوين فرضيه هاي تحقيق از روش هاي مختلف استفاده شده است. روش تحقيق و جامعه آماري: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي، تحليلي با رويكرد پيمايشي است. محيط پژوهش 550 نفر از كاركنان با سابقه 6 سال به بالاتر در سال 1397 مي باشند، كه براساس جدول مورگان حجم نمونه تعداد 226 نفر انتخاب گرديده اند. روش گردآوري اطلاعات ميداني و ابزار آن پرسشنامه (محقق ساخته) از نوع بسته با 38 سؤال بوده و مقياس اندازه‌گيري سؤالات، از نوع ليكرت و براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها ازنرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده و براي آزمون سئوالات از رگرسيون، ضريب همبستگي و آزمون T استفاده شده است كه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ آن عدد 78/. مي باشد.

The overall objective of this research is to identify scientificand preventive approaches to the financial crimes of the special operations command officers of the easten province of tehran. Due to the wide rango of missions, all staff, especially specialist police officers and police officers are subject to numerous harm and threats,including financial crimes. In this reserch, therole and impact of training classes on the supervision of commanders and managers on the elimination of vulnerability and regulatory oversight in preventing financial crimes of employees has been analyzed. Reserch methed and statistical society: This research is in terms of applied and descriptive analytical method with a surveg approach: The research environment od 550 commander_in_ chiefs frem the protection of in spection in formation and specialized police and other staff in the eastern province of tehran with a history of 6 years up in 1397.A ccording to morgan's table, the sample size is 226 peaple.To types of librery and field methods have been used to collect in formation.The main tool fer collecting information is questionnaire and 38 measurement questions of likert quertionnaire were used and for data analysis a sing SPSS software.The correlatin coefficient and t_test were used to test the questions.
