چكيده فارسي :
با توجه به آمار و اطلاعات موجود در طي سال‌هاي اخير ميزان سرقت موتورسيكلت در شرق استان تهران افزايش يافته است. بسياري از افراد در شرق استان تهران جهت سهولت در عبور و مرور و ارزاني موتورسيكلت نسبت به ساير وسايل نقليه، از اين وسيله نقليه استفاده مي‌كنند. با توجه به اين‌كه اين وسيله بيشتر متعلق به قشر مستضعف جامعه بوده و گاهي تنها وسيله نقليه آنان است، با سرقت آن امكان جايگزيني مجدد براي مالك به راحتي ميسر نيست. با توجه به آمارهاي فوق در خصوص سرقت موتورسيكلت، نگارنده در اين مقاله به دنبال يافتن پاسخي مناسب براي اين سؤال اصلي است كه: علل وقوع سرقت موتورسيكلت و راه‌كارهاي پيشگيري از آن در شرق استان تهران در سال 1395 چيست؟
به لحاظ ارتباط بين متغيرها و بر اساس طبقه‌بندي انواع تحقيق، اين پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي به‌شمار مي‌آيد. در جهت سنجش وضعيت موجود اين متغيرها از جامعه آماري استفاده شده است. بنابراين از لحاظ شيوه گردآوري داده‌ها، رويكرد تحليلي بر پژوهش حاكم است. از منظر هدف و ماهيت نيز چون قصد توسعه دانش براي به‌كارگيري در يك زمينه خاص را دارد، از نوع كاربردي به‌شمار مي‌آيد. ارائه‌دهندگان نظريه پيشگيري وضعي معتقدند كه پيشگيري اجتماعي به‌تنهايي ناقص است و بايد در كنار آن تدابير پيشگيرانه‌اي به كار بسته شود كه با فرض وجود بزه‌كاران تحريك شده، شرايطي ايجاد شود تا موقعيت يا فرصت تقارن زماني و مكاني ميان ان و آماج جرم به وجود نيايد.

According to the sata available in recent years in East Tehran motorcycle theft has increased, many people in East Tehran to ease traffic and motorcycle cheap compared to other vehicles, the vehicle is used.
